ABSOLUTELY LOVED my experience! First time trying a board and brush and came for a bachelorette party. It was sooooo fun!!! I love that Briana was obviously so passionate about her business. Made it a more exciting and fun time for us all. You get to pick everything out from the project, to the stain, to the colors and do it all yourself. I learned a lot through the experience and was so excited to do it all myself. The studio is cute, clean and organized. I loved the fully stocked bathroom. There were all kinds of things available for use which was super considerate! I think it's nerve wracking going out of your comfort zone and making a project that you have never done before, and myself and my friends were constantly like "omg so scared omg is this gonna come out ok omg am I doing this right" and the entire time Briana was totally hyping us up and getting our confidence up. Briana made my very first art workshop such a fun experience! From the easy booking online to the variety of designs to choose from, she will definitely help you ignite your creative side! I signed up for the Donuts and Doormats workshop (which was perfect because my husband and I have been needing a new doormat) and for the price, it was so worth it. I can't rave enough about this place. I recently took a DIY board making class with a group of ladies where we all individually were guided step by step into creating our very own boards of our choice. I selected the personalized welcome sign to place near my front door and I couldn't be more excited to place outside my front door. The owners at Board and Brush really care about their guest and truly want everyone to have a great time. The facility is well spaced out with numerous supplies. There's a TV, music, even a bar. They also offer small and private classes as well as classes for kids. This place is definitely one to check out. I'll definitely be back to create more items. Check them out! read more

From scheduling an appointment, to the day of the event, working with the owner Briana Mason during our class was amazing. I found out about this place during a work event and it was fantastic. For people who think they are not into arts and crafts like me, when you come to this guided class where she walks you through it, you will totally change your mind! I reached out to the owner via email and she was able to answer all my questions and explain the pricing amazingly! I also let her know we needed accommodations for wheelchair accessible and it was perfectly done! The owner is very easily to work with and very professional. Once I paid the fee, she gave me an email to send to our party and a few days before she let me know who picked their project and who didn't so I could reach out and get them to pick their projects for the day event. I was impressed with the price being super reasonable and the amount of projects people could pick to do! The day of the event was very good. We were able to come a little earlier and start the check-in process. She was super friendly and spent a lot of time for people who needed extra help and had questions. Her patience during these projects was great, especially for those family members who were timid on doing art projects. As I stated above, these are completely guided and she makes sure she explains everything and helps A LOT! I would recommend to come back here, as this was my second time around and my family members made it clear we're going to do our family bonding events again here. My friend and I took our 6 year old daughters here for one of their Parent/Child classes and they absolutely enjoyed it! Their favorite part was probably distressing their pieces! Honestly, I was a little nervous about my daughter using the tools and painting since she's a bit clumsy but she did a fantastic job! This location offers snacks and beverages (a soda for the kids and a white claw for Mama) and that was a huge plus since the kiddos got hungry. The owner Briana and her partner Steven are a joy to be around and they made it a super fun experience for our kids. We will definitely be back again for another Parent/Teacher event! Attended my first class of this kind. OMG! You have to go! It was such a great time. Brianna and Steven were awesome! They had great music playing and drinks for sale. Such a great place to enjoyn time with friends, or even alone! They go step by step and are so helpful, so even if you are not a creative person you can leave with an amazing piece. I just went last weekend and I already booked another class. I do wish they had a monthly membership I would for sure join!
