The staff in every department has made me feel so welcome and the care that I have received has been over the top. Every department in the entire building are here to take care of your every need. My regards to the chefs in the kitchen the food is like being on a cruise ship!! Excellent in presentations and variety definitely a 5 Star!! To all the nursing staff, PSW's, servers, cleaning, and maintenance you do an excellent and phenomenal job. I am so thankful and grateful for all the hard work you do!!!! Stopped in here without an appointment with my aunt who is looking for an apartment. It is billed…read moreas an active, independent seniors' living space. There were at least 8 Personal Support Workers in the reception and dining areas. Two residents were asleep in their chairs. It looks more like a long term care home than an active living space. The building is beautiful and the food looked delicious, but the atmosphere was like a care home. My aunt will look elsewhere.
