Which was uneven and bumpy. I had to file my nails when I got home as well.. And had a small cut that took 4days to heal before I could comfortably wear socks and shoes. We paid extra for the seasonal pedicure.. which we can to keep reminding the women about.. The 10 minute massage was actually 4 minutes. Overall the place is cute and well maintained. The staff is nice. I would be a little hesitant to coming back. But would try due to cleanliness and how welcoming the owners were.

I go to a spa for a human touch, not a battery-powered massage wand. The products that were used felt uncomfortable on the skin, and smelled horrible. She never explained what she was using and why. Extraction was not thorough. The facial included hands, neck and feet massage. The feet massage started with hot towels that were scalding hot, and not much of a massage afterward. Neck massage was non-existent - couple of strokes on the side of the neck. Update: Two days after I had the service, I had breakouts all over my face - never had something like that since I was a teenager. Ughh. I will never go back.

I had obviously gone in and spoken to Alice before and she reassured me that i had nothing to worry about. I go in with my bridesmaids at our scheduled time and she is nowhere to be seen. Ok fine because we were going to start on our hair anyways which one of the stylists had to do like THREE times cause she couldn't get it right. I told her to do loose waves and a half up half down look and she sprayed and teased my hair so much and i totally looked like a Chola from 1996!! WTF! How does a professional hair stylist not know how to do simple loose waves. My hair looked wet with spiral curls! We had to do it so many times to get it ALMOST to look like what I had wanted. Turned out disappointing anyways. Now hair is done and we are still sitting around waiting for Alice to do our makeup. We are running late because of her. FINALLY she storms inside, completely unprofessional and unorganized. She doesn't even remember me or what i had wanted. She starts on my makeup and doesn't even have all of her supplies ready with her. She keeps running here and there to get what she wants. At the end, I can honestly say that she made me look like a prostitute from 1992. I was so upset and angry! My mom and my bridesmaids were not pleased with my makeup either. I kept trying to explain to her what I wanted and she didn't understand. Finally, I had her take about half the makeup off my face, I put on my best friends lip gloss and couldn't wait to get out of there. I didn't get proper service as a bride, was rushed on, and not even close to made to look like what i had wanted. I WENT TO ALICE MAKEUP STUDIO BECAUSE I THOUGHT SOMEBODY OF THAT POPULARITY WOULD KNOW THE IMPORTANCE OF A GIR'S WEDDING DAY AND TAKE CARE OF HER AND LISTEN TO HER. I WAS NOT ONLY DISAPPOINTED WITH HER BUT ALSO HER ENTIRE STAFF. SO UNPROFESSIONAL, SO OUT OF TOUCH WITH NEW HAIR AND MAKEUP STYLES, IT'S JUST UNBELIEVABLE AND I WAS ABSOLUTELY SPEECHLESS. I have gone to lesser known hair stylists and make up artists since then and I have gotten exactly what I wanted and come out a very pleased customer.
