We recently purchased a bike for my wife here. The whole experience was good. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and explained what she was looking for. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. They are eager to sell you a bike, but they also want you to get the right bike. They appeared to have a wide selection of styles. They were quite patient in explaining various options to us and letting my wife try out test-rides (on a quiet street behind the shop) with several different adjustments, until she was sure what she wanted. They then installed a few minor add-ons that she selected while we waited. Accessories are 10% off when you purchase a bike, btw. We had one issue on the first ride where one of the add-ons broke. This wasn't the shop's fault, but I was able to exchange it with them the following day without issue. I didn't do extensive price-comparison, but my impression is that they are (at least) in line with other shops. We'll definitely be returning customers here! read more

Visiting for the Christmas Season and crashed hard on a trail. Walked in and these guys took care of me with no problems. Brilliant. I found these guys when we were riding trails nearby and my stem broke. They were able to provide me with the correct part and even offered a torque wrench to keep me from re installing the part poorly. They offered to put it on too, but I like to do these fixes when I can. Amazing. Very glad to finally visit this shop. While I was there, they were very busy. I just bought a bike here for my 11 year old avid rider. We were tired of department store bikes and their poor quality. What a difference! Bike was reasonably priced, high quality and great service. Cables are inside the frame, stainless steel chain, and gearing mechanism is much sturdier. They offer 2 free tune-ups after purchase and you can just feel it's professionally assembled. Comforting also we have someplace to service the bike. Took it for a ride today on a local MB trail and my son loved it...he got several compliments as well. While this place isn't big on size, it's huge on customer service and character. The staff, led by Ty, is an awesome staff. Very friendly and helpful. My sister shipped her bike here from Austin, TX to have them assemble it for a century ride as well as install some pedals. They also did disassembly and shipped it back. The experience was easy and intuitive and they were great to work with. I would say this is my favorite bike shop around, I plan on going here regularly as well as starting to take part in their group rides. read more

I hate when stores underestimate your understanding of their field. The owners idea of how to fix the rear wheel was unimpressive and I feel would not have worked. When I hear raced in Belgium, Road, Stagiaire, My eyes roll over to see what my brain is looking like. I listened to all he had to say, made a decision to fix it myself. As I was leaving he asked me a question that when I was answering rudely interrupted me and explained to me something. I was and am done with the shop. I have decided not to came back ever. So impressed with the staff at this shop. Had been shopping for a new bike and not at all impressed with my three visits to Bicycles unlimited in PTC. Took my TT bike there for a full tune-up before triathlon Nationals. I'm always skeptical taking my bike into a new shop but Carter the owner and his guys treated my bike to the best dang tune-up it's ever had. Great full service bike shop. I was looking for a low entry bike and went to Senoia Bicycle to see if they had any recommendation. Ty was really helpful and let me try out different bikes. They had an alley way in the back of the shop where you could try out the bikes. I eventually chose a Specialized Roll bike, and I've been very happy about it. Several months later, I let my daughter try out my bike. She liked it so much, we went back and got another one for her. When we went back, Carter was helping us. Both Ty and Carter were very helpful and made sure we got what we wanted. They were very patient and knowledgeable and would make adjustments to let you try out their bikes. So far we've been really happy with our bikes and we highly recommend Senoia Bicycle. They are located in downtown Senoia and there are parking spaces right in front of their store.
