I was looking on Google for places to fix my screen (which was pretty minor) and I came across this place, The reason that I chose it was because it was half the price of everywhere else BAD DECISION. I do not recommend this place because ever since I got my screen fixed my phone overheats it glitches I cannot turn the brightness up on the phone or the screen will not work at all I can hardly type the phone clicks stuff by it's self there's a dark spot on my screen where clearly it was hit too hard in the long run I recommend paying the $300 to get your screen fixed rather than going to cheaper route because you will end up needing a new phone. This definitely did more bad than good and completely ruined my phone it gets worse by the day. AGAIN I do not recommend you will regret it. read more

DONT EVER COME TO THIS PLACE. They're unprofessional and lie. I dropped my phone off to get the screen replaced at 7:30pm specifically asked if it would be ready within the same night. They tell me yes 30 mins and they gonna call me as soon as it's done .. I wait in the parking lot for AN HOUR and come to check at 8:40pm and the doors are locked up store is CLOSED. When on the door it says they close at 9. I was never called once! So they kept my phone and closed the store early AFTER TELLING ME ITLL BE DONE THAT SAME NIGHT. Shittiest service I've ever gotten! I'd go anywhere other than this shit place. They lie straight to your face. And have no consideration for their customers. read more

My iPhone X was not taking a full charge. The battery health was about 78%. We went to Yama Sushi (excellent by the way) and wandered into Senior iPhone while waiting for a seat. I didn't want to buy a new iPhone, as mine was fine except for the battery. I would go to work with 100% charge on my battery and it would be down to about 10% or dead before I returned home. After Senor iPhone replaced my battery, my phone is now at about 60% when I leave work now. I'm not sure if the battery life is as good as when the iPhone was new, but the battery health is now 100%, and I'm so excited that I didn't have to buy a new iPhone just because of the battery. The new battery was $69.99 plus tax (about $75). It's less expensive than Apple was charging for a new battery. My iPhone is like new and working great!! Thank you Senor iPhone!! UPDATE: My iPhone is still working as stated, but just wanted to edit post. When new, my iPhone battery would last 2 days. This battery is much better than the worn down battery Senor replaced. But, it does not last as long ad the original. Still a good purchase as far as I'm concerned. read more

I dropped in to get my cracked iPhone 13 pro max screen repaired. The manager took my phone and started inspecting it and realized it wasn't my phone that was cracked, but instead was my screen protector! He replaced my screen protector which ended up costing just a fraction of the cost of the entire screen! I had no idea the damage was not as bad as I thought it was. I have a I phone and stopped in and and do you have a Apple iPhone battery. The young woman said yes. I asked how many to charge my battery. She said 55 dollars . And it would take 30 minutes. I said great do it. She was the only one there and she kept helping people and it took over a hour. When I got it back there was a notification from Apple the battery was not a Apple battery. I showed it to the girl and said it should go off. It didn't go off and I took it back and the girl that helped me was not there. The girl that was there said they don't put Apple batteries in and I said why did the girl tell me it would be a Apple battery. I told her to put in a Apple battery and said they don't have one. I asked for a refund because Apple would have charged the battery for me for me for 69 dollars. That would be for Apple with a Apple battery with warranty. I told her I wanted to refund because I was miss informed. She said no. I am reporting it to my bank and I will see what they will do. Don't trust this store. read more

Was in Vegas for work and decided to get my back glass fixed on my iPhone XS Max since I was going to trade it in for a new 13. Girl was super nice.. took 2 hours to fix. When given the phone back it and it worked more like an iphone 5 or 6. No apps would open.. she said she would fix it. Took another 2 hours and the phone worked fine but it was in a new casing in a different color. Didn't even care about that. Just needed my phone back. So next day I start getting error messages that just phone doesn't have a genuine iPhone battery. So took it to Best Buy to find out it was swapped for a 3rd party battery. Had to pay even more money now to get my phone fixed again so I'll be able to trade it In. Should of never went there to get the back glass fixed. Just seems like a sketchy Vegas scam place. Since I live in New York my lawyer said it's not even worth the time to sue or I would of. I don't recommend this place at all. Shady business tactics. read more
