My first order arrived perfectly, which already impressed me. But the second, larger shipment completely exceeded my expectations. Every bottle was carefully packed, separated into smaller boxes so nothing would move, and even individually sealed at the caps. I've never seen that level of attention to detail before. On top of that, Chris went out of his way to help me track down a very specific version of the product I needed, even contacting other stores. He was communicative, honest, and genuinely cared about getting it right. He also included extra items and even additional bottles, which was such a thoughtful surprise. It's rare to find this kind of care and integrity in a business. I will definitely be coming back.

I don't know if the error was in the application or the product itself not being good, but I have permanent damage that I am gradually working on cutting off. Do not utilize this service. Your hair will be ruined. I learned after the fact that hair botox is used in very few salons (mostly small ones). Larger and more credible salons do not use this product, and it seems to be for good reason. Most reputable salons have never even heard of hair botox. You're better off getting a keratin treatment like Keratin Complex or Lasio if you just want temporary loosening of your curl pattern. Hair Botox is not to be trusted.
