Do not get micro Blading done here I have had 4 appointments and when I show up no one is there and no one had canceled my appointment. And the shop isn't close to me it's about 45 minutes to an hour away, so that's a waste of my time and my gas. She is very unprofessional and also botched my eyebrows and never fixed it. The owner is very irresponsible when I finally got an appointment when she was at the shop (finally), she said she ran out of numbing cream. I am currently seeking a lawyer and I wrote the BBB. On January 12 I made a deposit to book an appt for sept 1st 2018. I had a very huge event which is why I booked months in advance. On sept 1 st the day of the event doll house cosmetics canceled on me. I was in distress and had to go to numerous malls before I found someone who can do my make up 2 hours prior to my event. I sent her emails to request my refund of $25 and she refuses to respond or give me my money. I can not afford to give someone $25 for free especially when she canceled the day of something that was so important to me. When that following Friday came I sent another email and never got a response, I wrote her on instagram twice and she said the same thing about Getting the products on Friday. I made an appt to get microblading done sept 2018 When I got there Chyna was an half hour late. I was ok. I go in the place is was dirty & messy & the bathroom wasn't working. I'm ok. Then I show her how I want my brows done she's like ok I can do that. I was cool. Before she started I watched her eat some chips & juice & talked to her kids on the phone Then she tells me to lay down on the table but it was broke and had my head hanging off so she used a chair for my head area. GHETTO. Then she starts to do my brows without washing her hands & no gloves on . I see she has hand sanitizer on her counter but I don't remember her using it . So now I'm wondering did this chic start to do my brows with out washing her hands at all OMG I asked her she proclaimed she did But I don't even smell the hand sanitizers. I'm like ok. She's doing my brows & constantly answering her phone , kids are calling her asking what she is bringing home for dinner etc. She tells them she will order them Chinese food while doing my brows. At this point I just want the phone to stop ringing & to be done. OMG Finally finish and my brows looked good for now. She tells me they will lighten up a little but once I get my touch up I will be find. Well I made an appt for my touch up and she canceled on me last minute. Made a 2nd appt canceled on me again BS excuse. Made a 3rd appt and she canceled the 3rd time another BS excuse. Made a 4th appt canceled on me again telling me some BS bout she forgot she had an appt & she's in Brooklyn at her other location. I was done at this point with her. Very unprofessional sister. Never ever again. I'm walking around with unfinished brows looks like I never had anything microblading done. Waste of my money with her. You can also go to yelp and you will see all the negative compliments about her. How she take peoples money & never mail the products they bought from her. She just want peoples money. I went to get my eyebrows microbladed by Chyna in December of last year because she had an awesome deal on her services. I made the appointment with her assistant and showed up that day early. Chyna was working on another client's eyebrows already. She seemed unaware of my appointment when she finally came to the front of the store but she said she would still take me anyway. After waiting a while she numbed me, drew an outline,(without the eyebrow ruler tool) and brought me to the room. In the back of my mind I knew I should have asked to see the outline but I had already showed and told her what I want and she went on and on about people knowing how to shape eyebrows so I figured she would know. While doing my eyebrows she answered her phone plenty of times and seemed distracted by her children whom were in the store. When she revealed one eyebrow it seemed okay and even my ig picture looked fine but when I finally got a chance to see my eyebrows which I had hoped would have a natural arch looked more like those of TIKI BARBER(not fitting). I asked if the touch up would be able to fix it and she said it would so I scheduled a touch up. Bad choice! I made a touch up appointment and the morning of the appointment her assistant asked if we could reschedule for the next day and I thought maybe it was because the weather report stated the weather might be bad but on Chyna's ig she spoke of her daughter's birthday. The next day I was asked to reschedule again because her daughter had diarrhea(which I didn't care to know). The day I went for my re-rescheduled appointment I called the assistant to say that I would be 10 min late and she said she sent me an email to see if we can reschedule for a later time but of course I didn't see it because I was driving from more than an hour away. I was already in NJ. She suggested I "sight see" while she tried to contact Chyna. I waited around and kept messaging the assistant before she replied we would have to cancel for the day because Chyna was still getting her flat tire fixed. She has yet to try and reschedule with me which is fine because I have received SPECTACULAR services elsewhere. I've heard GREAT things about the Dollhouse in Brooklyn so being that I moved to Jersey I was excited to visit the West Orange location especially due to my recent eyebrow crisis. I didn't bother making an appointment so I did expect to wait, when I got there I was greeted and told I would be seen shortly which shortly turned into an hour...fine, the tech had to see someone else before me and said she would start mine once the other customers eyebrow tint was applied. I was still fine with this, I was just excited for my eyebrows to me slayed. That time ever ever happened, the tech said "I hate using this" which was the eyebrow shaper from the beauty supply store, the tech asked if I wanted my eyebrows shaded in, and I thought to myself "why?" Being that it comes right off the same day...nothing to enhance them for an extended time, I must admit she did ask me if I liked them and I thought they were ok...until she said it was $25...ummm, the tech literally did about three arm stokes and was done with my eyebrows with a tool I could of used on my own, in fact they look the same so I basically still have an eyebrow crisis but I'm out of $25. When you have a business you have to stand by your service no matter who is providing it! This was a poor example of that. read more

the fact that they have no number is concerning....I have been trying to get in touch with this young lady for days now to get micro shading done at her sale price of $250...I left a comment on her Instagram page and she gave a quick response telling me to book on her website which the service im looking for isn't on there lol she speaks as a motivational young black teacher but her actions speaks volumes of the opposite. She and others are always complaining that the African American community doesn't support one another but then this is why! YOU CAN'T GET HER TO ANSWER ONE QUESTION NOT ONE! please listen to these reviews and go else where, just the fact that she refuses to respond and appears to be too busy scares me. First of all I ordered makeup off her website in August 2016 and STILL haven't gotten my products! After constantly emailing chyna about my order and writing her on instagram she blocked me on instagram and stopped answering my emails. Mind you I'm not the only one who this has happened to, it's hundreds of the same complaints on yelp from the previous dollhouse she opened in Brooklyn but closed down ( hmm wonder why). She's always preach about having your priorities correct when it comes to investing your money, but wouldn't you take care of ALL the customers that ordered from your site and still to this day have nothing yet before u open up a new store ????
