Along with website issues that had still not been resolved, facebook and instagram issues with why we cannot use tap to shop. We waited the entire month of November for her to reach out to us to help build our small business. Come November 31st there had been no contract with her, she had not reached out once to update us on anything. BUT December 1st she reached out for her 1,200.00. I was recommended to this company, and we were tremendously disappointed. We have moved on to another company who has helped us every step of the way, Communicated and cared.

However, because we were assertive in what we wanted, we walked away feeling as though they sabotaged our wedding. To top it all off, at the end of the evening, when confronted why a simple thing like, why the candles for our centerpieces didn't get lit, they wouldn't let me speak and kept cutting me off. They ended up walking away from me...their customer. And when I raised my voice only enough for them to be able to hear me because they were 30 feet away, they yelled at me for "screaming at them."
