For Hoffman company, I called for this company for…read moreinspection service. One of their inspectors came to my house to inspect on my A/C. After checking, the inspector told me that the A/C coil was damage by the cleaning service and need to be change, and they didn't provide the warranty fix even though my ac still on their warranty . The cost was 2,700$. The manager of the cleaning service refused to pay for this. So, the inspector left. For a week later, the cleaning service brought other inspector to my house to check my a/c. This new inspector told me that the inspector from the Hoffman company didn't do a good job on inspection. He stated that the guy from Hoffman just try to sell their application as much as possible and didn't do any test to prove the problem on the a/c coil. I was very concerned about this situation, so I decided to call the Hoffman company to see if they had any evidence to show that the A/c coil was damage. The guy did the inspection said that he use the camera to take some pictures from my A/C but he can't put it on the system. So, I call the Hoffman again to let them know about inspected inaccuracy. The receptionist told me that she will let her boss to call me back ASAP. I was calling them many times but they still reply to me the same message. It was over 2 week since I called them. But look like nobody want to call me back. Really bad service. Can not rely on them.

JG was prompt on getting back to us right away with an estimate. We then spoke to Amanda who helped us figure what we needed and book us a time and day. The owner Jimmy arrived with Oscar to take care of us that day. They gave us a text about a 1/2 hr before that they were in route. Jimmy was very friendly and explained everything as he was working, showing us videos of the inside of the vents as he started cleaning them. They worked promptly to look around the house to start working. They first covered all the vents and brought in their equipment. Each Individual vent was cleaned. Th package included the dryer vent and furnace but we paid extra to get the bathroom fan cleaned inside and thru the outside. They cleaned up and were done in about 1.5 hrs for our 2600'sq ft house. I would definitely recommend them for any duct work you have. They were very prompt, professional and have great customer service!
