These guys aren't perfect, but they have a great product at relatively affordable prices.

As a Mortgage Broker it is very important that I align myself with a Title agency who will go above…read moreand beyond providing service to my clients. American Homeland Title has handled over 150 closings for my clients and always do an excellent job at accommodating our requests for closings. Several things are involved in the closing process when financing is involved and Sellers & Buyers need to understand that as long as the Title company is doing everything they can to accommodate all parties, that is what is most important. American Homeland Title is always there for us and we value our partnership with them.

1 Star Very…read moredisappointing experience. My signing took place on March 3, the transaction successfully closed, and every party involved was paid for their services--except the notary who completed the signing. While the title company may not be directly responsible for the non-payment, they chose to hire and work with Mobile Notary Zone, a signing service that failed to pay its notary. Vendors and contractors represent the companies that hire them, and there should be better oversight to ensure the professionals performing the work are compensated. The signing was completed professionally, the loan closed, and the title company benefited from the completed transaction. Yet months later, payment for the notarial services remains outstanding. It is frustrating that the person who helped make the closing happen is the only one left unpaid. I hope the company reevaluates the signing services it chooses to work with, including Mobile Notary Zone, and takes greater responsibility for ensuring notaries are treated fairly and paid for completed work.
