There was extensive termite damage, the water heater was rusted out, the dishwasher had no prongs left and was streaked inside with rust, the refrigerator was completely black inside with mold and there were holes in the siding. I could go on and on.......... but when asked why he didn't note any of this, his answer was "Oh, I didn't know you wanted all those details....... I thought you just wanted the major stuff." Kyle identified several of these issues and our builder cooperated promptly to make the corrections he recommended. One of the issues involved enlisting the help of a structural engineer to oversee and certify the corrections in the truss system.
