There was extensive termite damage, the water heater was rusted out, the dishwasher had no prongs left and was streaked inside with rust, the refrigerator was completely black inside with mold and there were holes in the siding. I could go on and on.......... but when asked why he didn't note any of this, his answer was "Oh, I didn't know you wanted all those details....... I thought you just wanted the major stuff." We found out the hard way... the expensive way. Learn from our mistake and stay far away from Spencer Jarnagin.
