The kimchee soup was the best I've ever had!!! Such a cute place. The kids loved the chicken teriyaki and there were all sorts of little trinkets and jewelry for them to look at tell while we were waiting. Very fast service though. Food was piping hot and fresh. I've tried the galbi and the galbi tang (twice now). Every time I try the food, I'm a bit disappointed. It's just always lacking in something. But time and again, I keep coming back. I've realized that it means I'm content enough, especially given the lack of Korean options in the area. The galbi tang is full of pepper. It's never really been an ingrediant used in my house for galbi tang but I've grown to kind of like it. It definitely gives it a kick. The galbi pieces are never satisfying because there is hardly any meat on the bones and the little that you find ends up being more fat than anything. But again, satisfying enough. At least the broth is fantastic. The galbi comes with raw onion and cabbage, which is perfect. The marinade is on the sweeter side than typical LA galbi, but it isn't bad at all! Just needs a lot of neutral banchan and rice to even out the flavors. My favorite thing here is the kimchi. It's the spiciest I've ever had (that isn't homemade) so I always purchase a pint of it. I love it so much and it makes me come back more often than not. It's usually empty inside, so I just order the food to-go. It always travels well and I've never had any problems. If you haven't tried it out, give it some love! read more

You guys. Seriously. Oh man. Fast forward to now. I have two babies in diapers who only want to nap during car rides. My husband and I went for a nap-mobile drive the Friday before Mother's Day and I realized I hadn't yet stopped to eat anything. Normally, we'd hit a drive thru and I'd snack on French fries until I could get home to make some rice and a veggie/ meat dish. I was tired and we drove past Seoul Fusion. That sounded perfect! The kids had just fallen asleep so it'd be awhile that they'd be napping. My husband offered for me to have a nice, quiet, hot meal without interruptions and he'd keep the car running or driving around the parking lot so I could have a moment to myself. Word. I went in and had the whole place to myself. It was 3:30pm on a Friday and all I've had all day was a cup of coffee. Waitress greeted me, noticed my van with the lights on, she asked if I wanted my meal to go. I said no, my husband was fine with the babies and if they woke up, they'd all come inside to join me since it was not packed in there. I ordered my food and seriously it was steaming hot and deliciously cooked in what seemed like five minutes. After a bit of eating the waitress came to visit and asked how I was doing. I told her it was delicious and she offered for me to feel free next time to mention that I don't like peppers, onion, or carrots as she took the time to notice that I had them all neatly placed on the right side of my plate. She gave me a to-go box as I wasnt able to finish like three servings of food on one plate order. I'll have the rest for dinner later or share. Thank you sweet waitress lady and awesome cooks back in the kitchen that made this momma have a great, early Mother's Day meal that was serene, enjoyable, delicious and HELLO ANCHOVY BANCHAN IS THE BEST! Sadly, they are understaffed, at this time, so people literally walked out since the food took too long to come out. Pros: -excellent soups (soondu bu) -real banchans -honey citrus tea. So good, it's unreal Cons: -beef bulgogi. Just no. Tastes more like Chinese stirfry than Korean. Not traditional. -too much fatty pork in soondu bu. I love me some fat but not 80% of the pork products should be fat. I'd still get the soup but pick out the fat -wait time for food. About 30-60 mins. I presume will reduce when they hire more staff Meh: -no purple rice. The white rice was dry and stuck together -the inside is low key and outdated but fine This place has potential and I will be back to try other dishes but I'll wait till they work out the kinks. read more

Even though our semi-unfriendly waitress insisted they were not affiliated/related to Fusion Korean restaurant in Airway Heights WA, I can't help but think she was wrong. Essentially the same menu; same webmaster; and the word 'Fusion' is in your name? Oh well. At least their food was as delicious, and was the first Korean we've tried in this metro. Lately, I can't get past Soon Dubu Jjigae, which is a spicy, nuclear-heat-hot crock of silky tofu and pork. Literally, 20 minutes after getting it, it was still steaming like crazy in the bowl and on my spoon. Kimbap and Banchan sides were all wonderful, especially the candied squid. All your Korean faves are here--along with a few Chinese dishes--and the prices were less than expected for the quality/quantity. We have plenty of leftovers to bring home for some hungry fellas. Torn on this review. Half of our service was excellent the other half was lacking. The food was fresh, but took a very long time. I want local to succeed so hopefully things can be improved. We were excited to try a local restaurant on a Saturday night. It didn't seem overly crowded but the lacked the capacity to serve everyone efficiently. We ordered Bibimbap with no meat and the waiter gave us attitude. This dish was served too hot and the rice burned even after mixing. The Bulgogi beef tasted fresh but was extra heavy on broccoli. After our food was brought out our drinks were never refilled. Bro I ordered spicy Bulgogi, fill me up. I appreciated the made "made to order" food.
