The night that I placed my order, the sale had just begun, but the following day I received notice that my order was ready for pick up. When I arrive to the store, it was a little bit empty. It was very early in the morning, so there was nobody at the counters yet. I walked up, provided my order confirmation and my order was handed to me. Bath & body Works has been around for as long as I've been a child and it's very nostalgic. As a young kid in elementary school and then in junior high on birthdays and Christmases, amongst our friends, we would always buy an exchange lotion, sprays, and candles. Now as an adult, I do the same thing with a new set of friends, but the one thing that always gets us is the three wick candle sales, when these are on sale, you must must must stock up!! I ordered 10 candles, all are the fall and holiday sense. These will probably last me until early spring, I do plan on gifting some. The three wick candles are well worth it, lighting one just for about an hour to maybe two hours a day will leave your home smelling warm and festive.

He is the absolute kindest employee I've encountered, he is eager to provide product suggestions that are great! When multiple employees denied a product being in stock, Maurice was the only one willing to look hard enough to provide the item being sought so he deserves the utmost credit and respect for outstanding customer service! However I must note the rest of my opinion about the location I'm reviewing: The store is like a Where's Waldo hunt when trying to find products. While a few employees are outstanding, particularly by being very kind, very knowledgeable and work focused, easygoing and comfortable to engage with like Maurice; many of the others are incredibly rude and substantially unhelpful when trying to find something or get product suggestions. Other employees like Janet and Dolores are very friendly and welcoming when first entering the store, and are also helpful while shopping. But I've seen and witnessed the managers or employees be asked about something seemingly unfindable and told that they're simply out of stock, but when Maurice or Dani are asked the same question they actually display profound work ethic and care for the customer experience by searching in the back and successfully finding what was told to be "out of stock". Moreover, the overall quality of nearly all products are inherently subpar. Candles do not provide remotely strong enough throw anymore, & burn too swiftly, so in my opinion the price point being 24.95 is an epic display of greed. The fragrance mists are more or less scented water, because you can douse yourself and five minutes later, I smell like my own skin again. There isn't a single product sold by this company that fairly equates to the prices of them. Honestly the only reason I didn't give it less stars is due to the exceedingly wonderful customer services provided by employees aforementioned like Maurice.

I prefer the stand alone stores like this one in the Lakewood Shopping Plaza as opposed to the ones located in malls because they tend to be less crowded and easier to navigate in and out of. I was so excited to discover that this brand new store opened close to me two weeks ago in the Walmart shopping plaza on Atlantic Ave. I have to have their PocketBac. I wear it on a lanyard around my neck at work and my students love it. They don't like the plain unscented kind the school provides. I give them a squirt of mine as an incentive and the aromatherapy is very calming to them. Bath & Body sells it 6 for $10 along with a variety of cute holders.
