I went back to get this straightened out. It's not much of a difference, but it was more than I was planning to spend. I am no Karen, it was all very civilized, the manager made an exception for me and issued a refund. They usually only do store credit and exchanges. The girl who helped me felt bad for misquoting the price and helped me find another suitable wig, which turned out to be even cheaper that the $28 I was originally going to pay. Costumer service was very good in my opinion. I saw other clients being helped as well. The store in conveniently located on Atlantic blvd and University drive. Where a Walgreens used to be. They carry an amazing amount of beauty supplies. They mainly cater to African American and Caribbean hair types, but everyone can find useful things here. The store is very big and organized. Only a few days from each return. They refused to do the exchange for the same price. The cashier couldn't figure it out and just said no I can't. I couldn't get an answer why. I am very disappointed at this and may have to take my business somewhere else that knows how properly preform an order ven exchange. Amazon can sell me the same product for about the same. Instead I was charged full price to exchange... This is ridiculous!!!! Very disappointed in service.
