I also love that she uses the best high quality products, no cheap or low quality products were ever used on my hair. My hair feels healthy after a good shampoo, conditioner and trim. The facility is always clean. Prices went up this year, which somewhat aligns with other stylists so no major complaints here, but my normal style went up $20, which seems a bit overpriced. Before the pandemic, appointments could be made online. However, since the pandemic all appointments have to be made directly through her, which wouldn't be an issue if she was responsive. It is hard to get a timely response from her at times to get an appointment, which is the only reason I'm rating 4 stars.
