If I had known the stone wasn't properly secured, I never would have purchased it. I used to love this store and made a point to stop by every time I visited the mall because I enjoy crystals and unique jewelry. Unfortunately, this experience changed my opinion. The quality didn't match the price, and it feels like many of the items are inexpensive mass-produced jewelry that can be found online for a fraction of the cost. She assured me their fajas would work and told me to take it home and try it on. I was under the impression that if it didn't fit, I could return it as long as the tags were still attached and it hadn't been used. When I got home and tried it on, it was exactly what I was worried about it's too tight in the thigh area and uncomfortable. The next day I contacted her with photos and asked to return it, but I was then told they do not offer refunds, only exchanges. If that had been clearly explained beforehand, I would never have purchased it. These fajas are very expensive, and it's extremely frustrating to be told to take something home to try on but then not be allowed to return it when it doesn't fit. The return policy should have been clearly communicated before the purchase. I would have never left the store with something so expensive if I knew I could not return it. She literally told me to take it home and try it on because she had no dressing room available. My fault!

I wasn't sure if he was talking to me, so I just kept walking. This isn't the first time I've had an uncomfortable experience here. The last time I came with my family, we all felt like we were being watched the entire time. It's unfortunate because the store really does have some great and unique items, but it's hard to enjoy browsing when you feel uneasy. The girl at the front desk is always kind and helpful, but if the store is dealing with theft issues, I think there are better ways to handle it without making customers feel uncomfortable.
