I've been here a couple of times with friends and always leave with the biggest smile on my face. The owners are always so personable and make the whole experience worth while with the conversations you have with them, the steps they walk you through, and just the whole experience in general. For a beginner like me it really helped that they were patient with me since I was super slow with deciding which scents I loved lol! The process was easier than I thought and it was so fun through and through. Especially making your own labels for the candle! Somehow I was able to create the scents that have been in my head for the longest time and I couldn't be happier with how both turned out! I haven't been there in a bit but both of my candles have lasted pretty well, and smell amazing. My wife found this place for me, as she knows I LOVE candles. We came here a few months ago on a weekday evening out with the kids. Our family was going through a profound loss and grieving experience and we needed a night out with the kids. So we came here for a new experience before we went out to dinner. Luckily, there was no one there at the time so we got lots of special attention from Paul. Well, at least, it felt like special attention. He's probably this way with everyone. Paul was very interactive, including with our 3 kids, plays good music, takes requests and made the experience fun for all of us. You literally get to make your own candles. The have a ton of scents to peruse, you pick put your favorites and then get to mix up a concoction of delicious scents and magnificent magic into whatever size candle you choose. It has to set over night but is yours to pick up the next day. The prices are so much more affordable than what I expected and every one of us had a very fun time. I totally recommend coming if you are into this sort of thing. We will definitely be back once we burn through all of our 5 candles at home. You should check it out! read more

It started as a mother-daughter activity then our Girl Scout troop went and the latest one is a school activity with my daughter and her peers. We have made candles with summer scents, autumn and now our latest is winter theme. The Candle Corner appeals to everyone - I have made candles for home and as a gift to a friend. This place checks all the boxes for me - I support small local business owners, soy candles are good for you and the environment, prices are reasonable, personalized gift, customized scent and lastly, it is a great activity to do with family and friends! Also, you can bring your old jar back and pick a new jar and get a $1 off or have them clean your old jar and re-use them (which is what I did). What an awesome idea, and a great experience! Took the little one today to make her own candle. For $18 each, we got to select 3 unique scents and make our own blended scented candle! The owner, Paul, was so helpful and nice, waking us through the scents, the choice of candle jar and then the mixing and pouring experience. We were able to pick up our finished candles by 7 that afternoon and everything was wrapped up so beautifully. Definitely give this place your time and money! They are reasonably priced (I pay $20-$30 for a yankee candle with zero fun). Small family business is always best to support! Thanks again, we will be back! read more

A few weeks back we came across this place on Instagram and thought it would be a great idea for a day date. We decided to go on a quick bike ride and end the day here. Not knowing what except we were greeted by the most friendliest owner. She was very helpful and walked us through the process. The experience is very interactive and hands on. During your experience your first stop is the "wall of scents" which you smell different scents to make your candle. Next is the hands on parts where you mix the scents to create the candle you would enjoy. The owners is there the whole step of the way giving feed back to make sur your candle comes out the best. I personally could not decide so I made two candles myself. Again such a fun experience. I plan on taking my family there. Great for parties and special events. High recommended for the experience and the friendliness of the owner. read more
