Jacob is way, way too good at his job. I don't want to say the man is wasted here, because maybe this is just his calling, but he is so very friendly and helpful and knowledgable about everything this store has, from stock to specials to scents...my wife, niece and I all came to the same conclusion that Jacob should become all of our best friend immediately. 2. I would've loved to get Tom Ford products but again, I needed help and they didn't seem interested. The mall wasn't even closing for another hour so there was no reason for this.
