He was very honest and explained in great lengths how important each persons expectations are postoperatively and what to expect. His staff was very informative, and I felt truth and integrity behind his recommendations. I encourage each person to ask questions , explain what your looking for , but to have realistic goals with reasonable expectations. Make sure you find a Dr. that is willing to listen take the time to explain everything, and that will help you meet your expectations. A staff member brought out warming neck pads, which was such a nice touch, and I also noticed a small refreshment area in the corner, which felt very thoughtful. My Vichy shower and scrub were amazing. I instantly felt comfortable with the provider, who did a fantastic job. The massage portion with the scrub was heavenly, the water was perfectly hot and I left feeling completely relaxed. My mom said her massage therapist was gentle, attentive, and made her feel very much at ease. The pressure was just right for her, and she left feeling absolutely spoiled. The front desk associate was also incredibly kind and even offered us both 10% off as first-time guests.
