I looked at the wigs for about 15 min and was never asked if I needed any assistance. I bought 2 scarves and while at the counter I asked the clerk how many wigs do they allow to try on. She said they don't allow try ons. They also don't want you to touch or manipulate the wig itself. There are several signs stating 'don't run your fingers through the wigs'. So, not try on, no touch and no returns. Sorry to say, but I'll keep going to the other ones. At least I get assistance and I can touch and/or try on the wig before purchase.
