I sometimes shop for pricing online because the shoe maybe cheaper elsewhere and I maybe able to get a coupon. I'm not sure if they price match. I will have to look into that. For both visits, they went very smooth. Finding my selections was no problem at all. The staff always welcomed Sophia and I during our two visits and were willing to help any way they could. The process didn't take long for me to select two pairs of shoes to my liking. And Sophia purchased a pair the 2nd time we were there. Checking out was definitely a breeze with staff and was seamless. There's not really much to add except that I was very pleased with the experience. I told him to stop and he did. his TWO year old brother who could barely spin it started trying it and as im giving my email this lady had thenerve to direct my children sternly???? excuse me? I didnt say anything and her badge of her name was hidden so I dont even have a name. HOWEVER that wheel is kid height- they did nothing but spin it and you talk ugly to my children???? Especially to my TWO year old who is just trying to get it to spin in the first place. Then when she walked around the counter and before i cohld even take a step my TWO year old tried again and she caught an atridue in her face towards him. will be going out of my way to go somewhere else and telling my clients and friends/family to do the same because who do you think you are talking to children you dont even know like that? I ran cross-country in high school, but that was over a decade ago. Needless to say, I needed to start with the right shoe. After some research, I realized I should start with a gait analysis. Enter, Point 2 Running! I chose this place based on previous reviews and how close it is to home. I'm so glad I went. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a woman working behind the counter. I let her know I was there for my analysis, and she took my name down. I roamed the store for a little under 10 minutes until my name was called (and correctly! I appreciate anyone who takes the time to pronounce my name properly). The absolute angel that helped me today was Amanda. She's the reason I've decided to get back into leaving reviews. As a newbie in the world of running, I didn't know what to expect outside of my TikTok and YouTube research. I thought I would be overwhelmed with information. I let her know I had no intention of purchasing anything today--I came to learn more about my feet, basically. She was so kind, open, and understanding! Most of all, she explained everything to me in a way that made sense. She immediately gained my trust. I found out that my feet are actually half a size bigger than I thought this whole time. We did the rest of my analysis. It's really cool technology if you've never done it before. Apparently, I have a light pronation when I walk and overpronation while running. She explained what all of that meant thoroughly to me and answered all my extra questions. Then she brought me to the section of stability shoes for running and explained why those shoes would work best for me. Every shoe I tried on felt like I was walking on a cloud. I wish I had more time to spend in the store, but I had another appointment to get to right after. If she ever sees this, she may think it was just another day at work, but for me, she really helped me along my journey. When I complete my first marathon, a small part of it will be because of her, and I will always be grateful for that! She didn't try to upsell me; she genuinely helped guide me in the right direction. When I'm ready to purchase my shoes, I will be coming back to shop with Amanda. If I could give this experience more stars I would. She deserves a raise! You have a customer for life in me. :)

Lol. Cayce was very attentive as I looked for the perfect shoe. He helped me figure out my shoe size. He sympathized with me seeing how I've lost weight and sizing in everything has been a problem. I eventually found the right shoe and brought two as I was told about 50% off deal. I thought it was a great deal. I felt bad he had to go back and forth to the back to see if they had my size. It was much appreciated. Cayce even rang my shoes up to purchase. He was very helpful. You all an All Star associate and should be rewarded. He seemed very zealous about his position. They had sketchers sneakers, name brand power tools, boat shoes of all different colors and sizes and a WHOLE room just for purses. Mom bought one and I bought some early Christmas presents. 15$ for the purses! Mike is the owner and operator and he is just as sweet as pie! I will be back for boots when it gets a little colder.
