Every time I have been to this location I have been walked into, stepped on or bumped by someone. The foot print is too congested for the amount of product they carry. Thats not necessarily unique to this store - it seems to be a new direction Sephora is taking - smaller (likely cheeper) jam packed stores. But the experience of constantly being bumped into, and walked on is very unique to this location. I also want to mention I did a return a few weeks ago and decided to take store credit. I asked specifically if I needed to buy a gift card with he store credit there or if that merch card wld work online? I was assured twice that ti was basically the same as a gift card and it would in fact work online. I have a product I order repeatedly and it is often sold out. It restocked today and I went to go stock up on it and guess what?...it in fact does not work online...in store only. Cool. We had an overall good experience at this location. There's a bit of a wait to get in; but, that was because the store is restricting entries, limiting occupancy, and ensuring our public safety. The associates were friendly and helpful, however, the product we needed was sold out at the store as well as on-line. This Sephora is the best. It is always well stocked and has an awesome staff willing to assist with everything. Today I stopped in with my daughters to utilize 15 percent off for Rouge members. This only happens a few times in the calendar year and it's appreciated. To maintain Rouge status you have to spend a minimum of $1000 a year at Sephora. Rouge benefits include free two day shipping, free make-overs, invitations to special events and much more. I particularly like Sephora because of the no hassle return policy. They are super gracious with understanding that not every product performs the way that you hoped and if you only used a small amount they will refund you. The staff is excellent at giving you tips on how to apply makeup, and very helpful when it comes to choosing a product. Spanking brand-new store on the second level near Macy's in millennia mall. Now I have a reason to visit this mall, LOL. If you park as if you're going into the food court, and make a left you'll be right there. It has everything that you would expect from a Sephora store, but there are a great selection of Lancome and dry bar products I have not been able to find in other Sephora stores. All of the other perks like the color IQ, and sampling is as it should be. Service is outstanding as usual, and I'm sure this store will only get better as it eases into its new location. Destiny was the absolute best! I visited the store on 3/24/23. She helped me find the perfect shade after another Sephora sales associate (I didn't catch her name but she had rhine stones on her face around her eyes) was very rude to me when I was trying to find a shade of foundation. The rude associate asked me, as I was trying to find a shade, which one I was looking for and when I told her the shade she said "yea we don't have that one I've already looked today" and didn't bother to help me try to find something else that would work for me. Destiny saw my struggle and helped me find the shade that I was specifically asking for. Shocker it was in stock in the back of the store and Destiny went out of her way to locate it for me and made sure it was appropriate for my skin tone. One of the larger Sephora stores that I've had the pleasure of being in, they have -everything- you could ever want. And if they don't have it, well then, you probably don't need it. There was a contour event going on, so the Cast members had one side of the face blended, and the other was striped up with the contour marks. It was kind of jarring if you didn't know what it was. They were all helpful, and I even got to explore some of the new products that I'd not seen before. The only issue I can think of is that they need more people behind the registers. I only come to this Sephora if I am already in the area. Aside from that I will usually stick to mine in Winter Park. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. It does however get quite busy in here. They are usually fully stocked from the few times I've been in here, especially on the days they have their sales like this last one during Labor Day. So I've given this place multiple tries. And every time I go to the extremely crowded, which before can do nothing about Which I understand. But what is worse is that they are too busy to help you. I went in there one time for a mini makeover and you would've that I asked them for their a million dollars. What an inconvenience, a paying customer needs help. My recent visit deserves an updated review. If you are new to makeup or want to learn all about applying correctly by the Sephora experts, I HIGHLY recommend checking out their list of free classes listed on the main website. You only need to sign up to be a Sephora Beauty insider (if you aren't already) to reserve your spot for the class. The classes vary in topic. I attended a class focusing on contouring and highlighting since I had not a clue how to do and had always been interested in learning . The class was on a Sunday from 9a-1045a(before store hours). I recommend parking at the back of the mall close to the food court entrance. Also, for this particular class, they suggest wearing foundation prior to attending since you will essentially be using your face as a palette for practice. When we arrived, we were greeted by employees who checked us all in then ushered us towards the back of the store where a long table was set up with mirrors, massive makeup brush sets (need to add this to next year's Christmas list!) and various shades of concealer, contour sets, blushes and shimmer powders for our use. I highly recommend arriving together with your friends( and early) so you are seated together. I loved the handouts provided that were available to take notes and to list products used (genius idea to generate sales). What I loved even more is that the instructor Caitlin (hope I spelled correctly) demonstrated the techniques on a fellow employee and then we were each invited to try out on ourselves. It was a little intimidating at first but everyone working was super helpful and encouraging(Shoutout to Robbie and Cindy!). The class ended earlier than scheduled so we were invited to shop if we wanted. Cindy helped me find some of the items I was interested in purchasing . When I mentioned that I was looking for a foundation, she recommended the Color IQ service and said that based on the results it would pinpoint what products in store that would work best for my skin tone. I was even able to email the list to myself for future reference. When I decided on a product, Cindy was nice enough to apply and touch up my makeup. I had such a fantastic experience and now I don't feel as nervous and intimidated about shopping here as I had been previously. The classes are a great way to learn about products and technique and I can't wait to check out more in the future. read more

My favourite Sephora store in the Orlando area! The store at the Florida Mall can get very packed with tourists - this is a much better option, especially early on a weekday morning. It's been open since late 2013, I was so pleased to finally have a more convenient Sephora to visit! I spend a LOT on makeup and skincare so it's really important to me that a store like this has great new products, knowledgeable staff and excellent service - they do not disappoint. Staff are very friendly, especially one of the guys who is usually working in the fragrance section - always very chatty & funny! They will go out of their way to grab you a sample or two, answer any questions or check stock on a particular item. However it does get insanely busy during the bi-annual VIB sale (1 week in April and November) - I prefer to catch that one online! The store is always well-stocked and I've never been unable to get hold of a particular item. I prefer going to Sephora over similar beauty stores as they have such a wide range of mid to high-end products including makeup, skincare, haircare, travel products and fragrance. With their Beauty Insider points card you can earn points every time you shop to redeem on a selection of miniature size and exclusive products. And as mentioned, I do spend quite a lot so their points have really paid off for me! A must-visit if you're in the area, especially if you're travelling and need to stock up on a few essentials or gifts!
