The store wasn't very busy when I went so I was instantly greeted at the door. The employee went over the specials and asked if there was anything else they could help me with. I was just there to browse and see what they had in stock. I ended up finding a coconut and shea butter mix that I really liked and purchased it. I love that they have samples that you can try and even wash your hands in their sink. That way you can see if you like the texture and how long the smell lasts. My best friend and I went last night and we didn't realize that there was a special going on. I picked up the bath soap Mami asked for, then we got to the line which was a snake curving all around the front end of the store and it was barely moving. After a good bit, we decided to scoot out of there and I would return to another store at a later time. And there is no candle out there like the cup of coffee candle. Make sure to smell every version of the scent as some scents will smell slightly different based on the type of product. Example being Coffee and Whiskey - the hand foam soap smells of heavy coffee that did not carry into the rest of that line. read more

I wouldn't normally write a review for a chain store like Bath & Body Works but I had such great service when I went in there that I felt compelled to write a review. I was in there for their semi-annual sale and of course it was a madhouse. All of the employees were on it though, checking on everyone in the store and helping however they could. There was one young lady on the sales floor that was wonderful, she had a southern accent and was buzzing around helping everyone. During check out Latencia rang me up and helped me when I asked why I wasn't getting coupons in the mail anymore. She helped me get signed up and then told me what else I needed to do to start getting deals again. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service it got all around, thank you! read more

This is a wonderful bath and Bodyworks! I believe this is one of the very few stores, I really don't know of another, that still has white barn inside. They have a wonderful variety of the white barn candles, as opposed to the other bath and Bodyworks that do not have the specialty candles. The store is very clean and organized, I almost feel like it is that way because it is not as busy as the other ones. I would say that the staff could be a little bit more friendly, but a lady named Paula was very sweet to me. Bath and Body has changed over the years. I see the infusion of White Barn candle company now takes about half of the floor space. The staff is pleasant here and the store is neat an organized. I notice that you really should not get too attached to many fragrances (Candle or otherwise) because they are constantly changing them. I have had this happened a few time where I went back to get more of something I enjoyed only to be told that they no longer make that and perhaps I could try "this one". I appreciate the effort but I mostly shop here for Gifts for others now. Be sure to google and look for some coupons before you shop. They almost always seem to have some sort of coupon deal in addition to store sales. read more

A renovated location with a great vibe and plenty of great product. I usually use this location as my "restock" place when the chain has their standard semi annual sales. This is a great time to get product at heavy discounts and this location usually has plenty of the favorite scents. Since it's more off the beaten path than other locations like the Florida Mall, there are more options of the popular fragrances and product. My personal favorite is the Sweet Pea cause it's a more subtle scent but has the feminine feel to it. Staff here is great and since it's not usually too busy, they are happy to help you find what you need. They've been able to run down a product for me after I couldn't find it on more than one occasion. During the semi annual sale time I grab up a bunch of items at 75% off and keep them stored up for use. I love keeping travel size stuff in the guest bath, just in case someone unexpectedly stays over or an expected guest forgets something. It's always a nice touch to be able to have that ready for them. Overall: A A less busy location that has all the same great product and helpful staff! read more

They have coupons for a free item that come in the mail (if you're in their mailing list) at least once a month, so I'm in this store at least once a month. It smells heavenly even before you open the door and their newest items are right up front in some colorful, bright display. Sales associates greet you immediately, review the current sales going on and ask you if you need assistance. You are free to roam the store, smelling candles and trying lotions and soaps without feeling pressured to buy. I love this store! read more

First of all, I love this location because it is not in a mall, so it easily accessible. It's not terribly hard to find parking, you're able to run in and get what you need, which is perfect when they have great sales. Not to mention their sales associates are always so friendly. They say hello when you come in and there has never been a time while shopping there when I was not asked if I needed help. With all that being said, that's what brings me here time & time again. This time the wallflowers were on sale, 5 for $23. We ended up with 10 wallflowers, you can't go wrong. Then, of course, they had to have another sale for buy 3 get 3 free (on the signature collections of fragrance, lotion, body butter, body wash, etc). There were 2 other people with me so we split the deal and each ended up getting 2 items of our choice. As you can tell, and most people can probably agree with me, you go to Bath & Body Works expecting to go for one sale, then end up leaving with so much more because of another good sale going on with another of your favorite products. If you are a frequent customer you will always have some type of coupon in your email, too, that you can use. Not to mention, most visits you leave with a coupon for your next visit. So the perks of being a frequent customer are great. I will be back to this location, specifically for all my body spray, lotion, candles, etc., in the future. I highly recommend this location to all the other ladies out there, not to mention the guys trying to buy something special for the ladies in their life or checking out their great collection of men's products. read more

Today I found myself at this location and let me tell you, it is the most beautiful Bath & Body Works I have had the pleasure of visiting. Every store should have this ambiance. I must agree with some of the previous reviews. Never was I or my wife greeted at any time. My wife was looking for a very specific scent of hand lotion, we had to go to the back of the store to get assistance. What I did like on this visit was that they were having a clearance sale, BONUS. I like how the place smelled very, "girlie" when I walked in. Also the whole store was very bright and very clean. I don't know why but for some reason every time I come to this B&BW they're always in desperate need of restocking, and the lines are always insane. There has been more than one occasion where I would've purchased a few items but have left them and walked out because the lines were almost reaching the front doors. Now, I don't buy the excuse of: "We get high volume of customers" because when I shop at B&BW in Altamonte (Even after Xmas mind you) There was also a high traffic volume but there was a cashier at each station, and the lines were moving quickly AND they were properly stocked with items. The same thing applies to the one located in Waterford lakes, I've never had a problem shopping at that location. I give up trying to shop here at this location. read more

I was kind of surprised to see such bad reviews for this location of B&BW! I was in the Altamonte location last week and fell in love with the Wallflowers so I decided to stop in this location yesterday and it was such a positive experience! Everyone on staff was smiley, helpful, and every once in a while would check on me to make sure I was finding everything alright. Their selection was actually bigger than Altamonte's which is a definite plus in my book and didn't seem as picked through. They had more Wallflower fragrances and holders as well as a better selection of seasonal candles and on sale soaps. They had a great sale as well so I took advantage of that got three foam hand soaps, eight wallflower fragrances, two new wallflower holders, and a body wash for sixty dollars after they used the coupon I pulled up on my phone from Retailmenot (always good to Google them on your phone as they usually have coupons!). I think this store isn't as busy as some other locations which allows it to be a little bit better organized which is always a plus.
