There's a pretty okay selection of tequilas, which skews heavily towards the fancy stuff that you buy just for the bottle. The mezcals are diverse, offering things you don't see in every liquor store. The clerks are a bit on the pushy side. It's 10am and they sure push sample shots of tequila. The cigarette selection seems to turn over enough for them to have fresh packs. They're missing a lot of brands. I've seen better selection in Oxxo. Get this - the salesmen on the floor are empowered to give a 5% discount on anything for any reason they see fit. Make them give it to you. The store is well lit, and there are some deals, I guess. You kinda need to know what you're looking for here, and about how much it should cost, because not everything is a deal. Honestly, I'd stick with the tequilas.

I had only carry on luggage, so was not possible to bring it from USA. I saw the orange gift box and made a beeline for it. I was immediately asked if I needed assistance and the man pointed out their other champagne options. I was not interested because I drink Veuve at home when I do drink champagne. It was priced at $67. I pay $54 at Publix in Miami. Not a bargain, but could have been worse. They ask for your passport & boarding pass to complete the purchase. Was very convenient for me & worth the extra spend.

Makes you wonder what's going o. The Boutique Palacio was the only one insert into and what a great concept. It has lots of different boutique stores in smaller sections. Lots of options. This is an outdoor mall with both dining and shopping available. I really enjoyed the lush plants throughout to really tie in the location. As I didn't purchase anything, can't speak tot he value. Perhaps next time.

The upscale side of things was a little surprising. A lot of the prices were actually more expensive than what you would pay in the US, or at best about the same, so do not expect luxury shopping deals here. There are some really good looking restaurants throughout the mall and a couple different dessert and ice cream places too. We tried one gelato place that shaped the ice cream into a flower or rose shape, which was pretty cool and different. One thing I did appreciate was security. There were military police around the property, so the whole place felt safe and well monitored. Overall, it is a clean, modern shopping center with a lot to do. Just do not come expecting bargains, come for the atmosphere, restaurants, and variety instead.

Play when you are waiting for your bag you're next to the duty-free store and the sales individuals are calling you out and trying to have you come into the store. The store does look very nice and well kept with a tray of fragrances and clothing and alcohol and sunglasses and hats and things that you might need when you're here on a vacation that you might have forgotten at home. Other than that, the bathrooms were not very clean so we did not end up using them. The same price in the US method and process of scanning your passport and getting access to the baggage area was pretty cool in my opinion you scan your passport and then the doors open and then you go through it, but the only slight bummer was that we did not get a stamp on the passport you get a printed receipt. A stamp would've been pretty cool Other than that, it is a standard international airport, which is different and to be expected
