    I love going to this Sephora. They're always fully stocked. The girls are super helpful especially Courtney, she helps color matches me and gives me advice on what skincare is best for my skin type. They also have a much bigger selection than the sephora in JC Penny. Only reason I'm giving a 4 star is because parking can be a pain in the butt. They also close earlier than the other locations so it's hard for me to get to. The last time I was in there, I bought the wrong color foundation so I wanted to exchange it for a lighter shade. Same exact brand, just a different shade of color. The lady at the register made me pay an extra $9 for an exchange. When questioned, she simply didn't know why, just made me pay it, didn't call a manager or anything. I had to ask a manager, came to find out, she clicked on the wrong item that was $9 cheaper! Her excuse was "I thought you used a coupon." It's on the purchase history, that wasn't hard to look into. She should've caught that mistake or asked a manager. I just didn't like that I had to ask a manager because she failed to figure out her own mistake. I got my $9, so it's all good.

    The nicest most helpful beauty attendants are at this location. I wish I could remember their names. I will return and add to this review once I get their names. They were extremely amazing and helpful. My friend was looking to change her foundation to the new Rihanna brand. It was her first time to try the new brand. The attendant walked her through the colors and suggested her best colors she also offered the pros and cons of the brand which was helpful. She sat with us and helped to try on various numbers to fit her best and even provided a sample or two. Eventually my friend settled on her NARS choice. It was her best bet. They were very attentive and were patient. There was no pressure or attempt to 'up sale' items. They provided great feedback and offered great suggestions. I was really impressed. Great customer service!

    Custom makeover

    I had a great experience here. Staff were super friendly even in all of the Christmas Eve madness. I had a custom makeover appointment. My makeup artist was really nice and took her time with me. Other staff would pass by and comment on how good she was doing which showed that they are pretty supportive of each other. The custom makeover requires spending at least $50 in store. She made suggestions when I asked about things but there was no pressure to spend an insane amount of money. I was also given a couple of samples of products to try. I will say that it took more than 45 minutes so budget more time for makeovers. I wasn't bothered though. She took the time to chat about what I wanted and made sure the makeup was a good match. I'll definitely go back more often.

    Five Stars for employees and A FAVORITE for me and my girls! It's a 40 mile drive to Sephora, and it's worth it

I had to speak with the store manager on today to get the issue resolved. I spoke with Tanesha(not sure how to spell it) store manager, at approximately 10:50am. When Tanesha came out she did NOT greet me, I had to speak to her first. Tanesha's entire vibe was hostile and this was our very first encounter. I explained to Tanesha the reason why I was there and never once did she apologize for my experience, never once did she extend her empathy for my troubles or anything. Tanesha was ready for confrontation, just as her shift lead was the previous encounter. All I wanted was my refund, as I did my previous time. After I finished explaining everything to Tanesha and I showed her my electronic receipt, Tanesha just walked off for a whole FOUR MINUTES and never said a word as to where she was going. She walked back up front and proceeded to give me my refund. Tanesha asked me to put in my rewards number, scan my electronic receipt and asked for my address; gave me my refund and that was it. Tanesha did not say have a nice day, thank you for coming, or anything else a CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER of a national store would say to a customer after a traumatic experience. Tanesha had her employees at the front like she was about to curse me out and throw me out of the store. Tanesha was ready for a battle with the wrong person. Her shift lead initiated, instigated, fueled, and ended an entire UNNECESSARY argument about a refund and Tanesha was upset and hostile with ME. I am confused at this entire situation. I feel BULLIED and I am unsure if I am in any eminent danger dealing with such individuals. All because I ask for a refund of my own money. I received an email stating that Tanesha would speak with me about the incident with Leslie and she did not mention the incident. This store needs NEW management and these TWO BULLIES should NOT work for Walgreens. I do not feel safe with people like that working in an environment where myself and my children have to go. I NEED HELP FROM SOMEONE OTHER THAN LOCAL MANAGEMENT.
