My appointment was with Corrina and she was awesome! She is the first hair stylist I have been to in a LONG time that was willing to help with deciding what to do with your hair. I have actually been to other salons where I have gone in and told the hair dresser I did not know exactly what I wanted to do and she said "Well your going to have to tell me something." So it was so refreshing to have someone willing to take the time to help plan your hair cut. She also took the time to explain to me what difference between a dry cut and and shampoo and cut would make for the style. I went with a dry cut and she actually got my bangs right! I've actually been searching for 2 years for someone to do my bangs right! I was so happy with the results. And she also gave a me a cute bottle of scented hand lotion to take with me. I hoped I had finally found someone that might stay put, since she is the manager. The next time I go in, she is totally different. I know everyone has their bad days, but part of working with the public is learning not to project bad days onto your customers. The second hair cut was horrible. Luckily I have a lot of hats. She acted like she really didn't want to cut my hair, and I picked up on that too late. The damage was done and I had to wait for my hair to grow back out again before trying to find yet another place in Huntsville to get my hair cut that does not close at or before 5 pm. The shop itself has plenty of parking. It stays clean. The lighting could be better. They have four or five people most days and at least half of them are waiting for someone to walk in, so no waiting. The prices are reasonable. If they could just get a good staff and keep them it might be a different story. If you are male, find another place to go. I got the impression they have a better track record with female customers, probably because they make alot more money off of them.

She is so talented and she makes sure that she understands exactly what you are wanting before she starts doing anything with your hair. The services I got were highlights, cut and a style. The cut and style is bundled together with the price for highlights which is really nice because way too many times I have gone in a salon and left with only part of what I really wanted, but they bundle everything together so you can actually leave getting everything you want, and You save a little money on the haircut by bundling it with the highlights. I went on a Monday around 4pm. There was no wait time to get my hair cut at all. But if you are curious about how long the wait time will be, before you go up there you can go to their website and it will give you the current estimated wait time. The lady, Jessica, who cut my hair was awesome. She did a really good job of understanding what I wanted. My hair is really damaged and I've been fighting with it for months so I did not want to get my hopes up about how it was going to look, but it came out looking way better than I expected. I'm really happy with it. She was also able to recommend a good product to help with the damage in my hair. The whole experience was very relaxing and I came out feeling great. If you haven't tried them yet I would highly recommend going.
