I told the stylist I wanted lots of layers to reduce the weight and bring out my natural wave. She basically gave me a trim, and then blow dried my hair straight. It's uneven, and even though she told me she was going to make it less blunt and choppy, she didn't. She trimmed one part of my bangs way too short. I kept waiting for her to start actually cutting my hair, but she seemed distracted by chatting with a new employee. When the haircut was over, I was speechless. Aren't I the ideal customer for people who hate their job this much? I was in there the day before Thanksgiving and as I walked by an employee that was stocking, she let out a huge sigh to let me know that I was inconveniencing her when I said "excuse me" so that I could get my items from the shelf next to her. No one greeted me coming in the door, while at the register, or even a thank you on the way out. I wish there was an alternative store to Sallys where I could purchase certain products but unfortunately it looks like I will be back here.
