I've been to this Ulta many times and never had a bad experience…read more When I go into a store, I don't usually expect employees to tell if I'm "obviously confused", so if I need help, I'll ask someone for it, even if they're "on their phones" or "chatting away". All of which have never been the case here! All of the employees I've seen working here are doing their jobs either checking customers out, helping customers in the Benefit brow bar station, organizing things in the aisles, or in the Salon. This Ulta is organized and clean, and I can always find what I'm looking for. I was once in a rush and needed to know where I could find a certain mascara, I found the nearest employee, and she guided me to it herself. I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to pay for my items, and all of the cashiers I've encountered have been friendly and attentive (and best of all quick!). I've also made returns here and they're just as good during those too. Parking is always easy to find, as there's a huge lot for only a couple of stores.

I walked into the salon and asked for an itemization cause this is kinda not what I sent her in there for. For some reason the salon convinced my mom to get a root touch up. Now I should say she did not need because her hair is ultra short. That was $85.00 plus highlights and an ombré. Last time she was on there it was a cut and color and she spent around $150. Her hair is so short she didn't need a root touch at all cause the color would have covered it. I was told that the stylist is what she is paying, for, she was a top tier stylist. They did not ask any additional questions nor was I offered a refund because clearly she was convinced she needed something she didn't. And look she is in her seventies and what it looks like to me is you took advantage. Had no problem. A coworker of mine had a similar experience where they charged $115 for a kid's haircut.
