This could quite possibly been the most busy Sephora that I have ever been to. There were plenty of sales people to help and the merchandise was well stocked but maneuvering through the displays was a bit challenging. There were also kids running around which made the shopping experience hectic. Once I found what I was looking for, I did walk around to see what new items they were carrying. Came here for their beauty sale and I truly love the selection of products. There is legit so much to choose from. I'm also glad that they stay on trend and you can find all the items that are trending on social media. The store was pretty easy to browse, and even with a lot of people shopping, it didn't feel overwhelming. Everything felt organized, which made it easier to actually take your time and look through different sections without rushing. I especially liked how there's a mix of both higher-end beauty brands and more affordable finds, so there's really something for everyone depending on what you're looking for. I mainly focused on skincare and makeup and ended up spending more time than I expected just going through everything. It's definitely one of those places where you can go in "just to look" and end up leaving with a lot more than planned. read more

I love this store and the customer service that I receive each and every time. Recently, after having been gifted the Discovery Kit from Dr. Barbara Sturm and quickly running out of the products, I came here to try to restock. Oh boy; Oh my; Oh brother! I had no idea what the price points would be for these amazing products for my sensitive Rosacea-prone skin.* The young lady I consulted with was knowledgeable and ever so helpful! I noticed there was no shortage of employee assistance here - one on every other aisle, maybe for theft reasons, not sure. The skin and hair merch aisle I was familiar with since my undercounter bathroom is loaded with my wife's same stuff. This store is always, always busy. I did an order for pick up and had a return so had to go in. Ain't seem as busy as always although there were a lot of people in the store. The employee at the front directed me right back to the pick up area and luckily, this person also handled m return. Pretty smooth sailing. Decided to get additional product and needed help. Took a minute to find someone to help. On the bright side the person who helped us did a great job finding products that were suitable. She provided excellent customer service which was much appreciated. All in all a good experience. read more

By far one of the worst sephoras in Florida. They are so rude. I went here on Saturday November 2nd and I was casually looking at a stand, actually closing an open produced that I was looking at and got screamed at to not open any products. Then she stood over me for the next few minutes. I immediately left. On 07/01/23, the time was 20:49:00 8:45pm. I was ending a perfect day of make up shopping at the Sephora I recommended to my mother. My mother was there to travel to India for the next three months and I assured her we could get all of her makeup needs at the Sephora at Sawgrass 12 801. Upon ending this great make up shopping support system for cards shut down. A dark-haired Hispanic woman with long straight hair almost shoulder length let us know that we could only use cash, we said we would go and look for an ATM and come right back and she rudely says "well we're closing soon". After unsuccessfully looking for the ATM we decide to return to the Sephora to get what we can with the cash that we had on us instead of using a card. Once we return, we noticed a man has been successful with his card and we proceeded to try and do the same thing. We asked the woman if we could try using the card as well she instantly says "no" with no explanation. Tapping her foot as if she is highly irritated. My mother says we can at least give it a try, she responds "it won't work because he has a foreign card but OK"with a horrible attitude. My mother swipes her card and the system does not work. The cashier says "OK that didn't work so how much cash do you have?". My mother says " can we try ringing this up on the same machine that the guy used?". The woman with a horrible attitude says "no we can't". At this point, a blonde woman by the name of Maggie comes down and says "well we could at least try it" and thankfully for her we proceed. Before moving to the next register my mother asks "how did he do it, did he swipe it or insert maybe I can try it that way". The rude employee says "no because it was a foreign card", my mother says well at least let me try. We try the card, Maggie inputs a number from the manual she is holding, and voila the purchase is successful. Maggie was such a problem solver in the situation, and we so appreciate her for being present. Unfortunately, I will never recommend this store or any other stores to any of my friends family or colleagues. I was horribly disgusted by the lack of empathy, and to not care at all to go the extra mile for the customer. I myself will take a no without the employee even trying to see if this would've been a successful situation, however, it takes people like my mother and Maggie to have persistence, to remain calm in trying situations, and to be SOLUTION BASED when working in areas of customer service. Technology is not perfect and neither are people but attitude changes the entire experience of visiting a location that you highly recommended to a family member who is traveling for the next three months. It's important to know we did not mind the no, it's not what you say it's how you say it and it's the way you treat people that leaves a lasting impression. read more

I asked them to stop because I wanted to add another product and the girl that was in the cashier just started insulting me, and harassing me with her way of acting. Although I understand theft has gotten bad in recent years, my visit here recently was straight up unpleasant. It feels like the employees automatically think you're going to steal if you even just pick up a package. This young woman (in her 20s I would guess) with long brown hair kept hovering over we like a HAWK the entire time I was there and when I picked up a box she very rudely said something about not opening the packages (which I hadn't even opened yet) and passive aggressively asked if there was anything she could help me with today (when she already asked me once and I already said that I didn't need help). The testers were also filthy!!! Overall, the demeanor of the employees made the whole experience feel miserable and there's definitely a way to talk to customers. Please do better. read more

He's so intelligent when it comes to making sure your utilizing each product correctly. This is a new addition to Sawgrass! They are located directly across from H&M. The place is pretty sizable and spacious! I'm not sure if it's the location or their first weekend of opening, but there were plenty of Beauty Advisors all around! Everyone is super friendly and for each area of makeup or skin products you go to, there's a knowledgeable Beauty Advisor standing nearby! I went to make a return, and when the cashier found out that the product wasn't suitable for my skin, she asked if I would like to speak to Beauty Specialist so they can help me find something more suitable for my skin! In ALL the Sephora stores I have entered (& there's plenty in and out of State), none of the cashiers has ever asked me if there was an issue with my product when I completed a return, let alone recommend a solution! I have found my new FAVORITE Sephora store! Not only is everything shiny and new, but everyone is SUPER friendly and helpful!! It's not a fake, "How can I help you?" I came in looking for help with hormonal acne, just bare bones cleanser and leave. I happily came out with much more. I can't remember the staff names but they were all so great. Insightful, helpful, encouraging. They were patient with me and my novice questions, and demonstrated different products.
