A quick search led me to Beverly Hills Spa, and that ended up being a great find. From the first phone call, the experience was excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and able to get me scheduled for early that afternoon without any hassle. I showed up about 10 minutes before my appointment and was already in a chair with fluids running within another 10 minutes. Every single person I interacted with was so kind, helpful, warm, and welcoming. When I first walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a warm lavender-scented hand towel while I checked in. Upstairs, I was given a locker and shown around the women's locker room where there are clean showers, a sauna, bathrooms, and an area with sinks and toiletries. In the waiting area, I was asked to select 3 scented oils (one is used to scent the face cradle during the massage and the others are used on your body throughout the massage). Each scent comes with a card to explain the benefits of each one. My massage was AMAZING. I had Mike Johnson who was incredibly kind, funny, and listened really well to what I asked him to focus on and avoid. He was friendly, but didn't chat too much during the actual massage which was perfect for me. The actual massage itself (I asked for deep tissue) was excellent. Afterwards, I spent some time in their large sauna with 2 other friends, and felt incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. I never felt rushed and the staff remained attentive the entire time. As I checked out, I had a lovely chat with Janet Goldman at the front desk, who explained the rigorous training and selection process that all employees have to go through. Tammy Fender makes sure her team is absolutely top notch and you can tell they all care so much about their clients. This was one of the best spas I have ever been to, hands down.

It is a very quaint facial and spa studio in Palm Beach (yet you could be anywhere in the world) that offers facials tailored to your skin type and to your individual skin care needs. They use a Hungarian skin care line of products called "Eminence" that hails from Hungary where they both grew up. Both Eva and Maria are so very knowledgeable and personable and while they are working on you explain what each of the product is made from and the benefits to your skin type. The exterior was a little bit questionable, but once you got inside, everything was nice. The reason for four stars instead of five is because the massage was not an hour. Including the time that it took me to get undressed, it was 50 minutes. I checked my cell phone before and after. The quality of the massage was so good that it didn't really matter, but I feel like they should've made it clear that it wasn't going to be a full hour. I would definitely come back. It's very close to where I live, and it was a pleasant experience. I have a physically demanding job, and I feel so much better than I did before I came in.

She wouldn't let me leave even though her service was awful. I get massages a lot and this one was awful. I wouldn't recommend this place.
