Unfortunately, she was out of town, and I needed an urgent appointment for an event the next day, so I booked online with any available technician. I received both a confirmation text and email stating that my appointment was scheduled with Adriana. I planned my entire afternoon around this appointment and brought my 11-month-old son, keeping him up well past his nap so he would sleep during the service. When I arrived, the door was locked and no one answered the phone. I waited outside for about 20 minutes with my sleeping baby before someone Karolina (maybe the owner?) responded via text. She informed me she was out of the country, then provided Adriana's phone number. When I called Adriana, she said she was in Sunrise and did not have an appointment scheduled with me and hung up on me. This was very disappointing and stressful, especially given the planning involved and having a baby with me. There also seems to be a disconnect between the online booking system and technician availability. I hope the scheduling process can be improved so this doesn't happen to other clients. I would still return to see Michelle in the future, but will not be using their online booking system again!

My current lasher moved too far away so I was seeking a reputable salon for my fills, as any good client I made my appointment two weeks out for their earliest appointment (with a lasher with good reviews). A week later I received a message that my appointment was moved from the morning to the afternoon. This didn't work with my schedule so I went online to rebook my appointment. Now, there are fewer morning appointments available and I'm having to push back my length of time between fills. I found an early appointment, on a different day, with a deferent artist that had good reviews so I booked that. I received the 48 hour confirmation for my appointment, and confirmed right away. Fast forward to MIDNIGHT that same day (the day before my appointment!!) and I get a text saying that my appointment is now with a completely different lasher and a later time. Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment and I will go to another salon. I don't understand where this is acceptable. I hear horror stories all the time about clients cancelling last minute and trying to dictate their lashers schedules. Never would I think a SALON do this.

I was going to book an appointment with Nalie when I first checked her website. I found it actually pretty shocking for someone who relies on clients to pay for her services to have this seemingly never ending list of things you "must" do, should you book with her, "or else" ...you will be charged for it. While I am not technically rating her services so I can't speak to that, which probably isn't very helpful, but based on what I've learned about her, I'm not sure I could manage remembering all her rules and being sure to follow them, since pretty much every rule that is broken results in the client being charged. As a professional who performs services there is surely an expectation of mutual respect for one's time and craft but these rules seem to leave no room for anything other than what Nalie wants. If you're someone who wants to book a stress free appointment with someone who understands that sometimes things outside of our control can happen, this is not the place.
