He arrived way faster than I had hoped and promptly got us back in working order. He was very knowledgeable about septic systems and gave us great advice. What a scam service. I wanted my tank pumped out. He showed up with a 300 gallon tank on the back…read moreof his pickup. He used a micky mouse pump and removed 300 gallons of only water. Not the top scum layer and not the bottom sludge. Took the pump with a screen on the intake and suck out only water out of the 1000 gallon section of the tank. Charged me $340 for removing a little of the water. Sludge and scum still in the tank. Said pour RidX in the tank. I expected a vacuum truck to suck out everything in the tank. Nope, I feel screwed over. Now I have called a service with a vacuum truck. Going to cost me about $520 to have it done right. It $300 for trip and $.22 cents per gallon for disposal fee. He said this is his side business for extra cash. No receipt. What a bad deal. I think if you need your tank pumped. Call a vacuum truck. Other problems call a licensed plumber.

First when we called to set up a time to meet at my property to add on to our existing septic system, they left me waiting over an hour. Then we kept calling to see when they could do the job and the wife would never call us back even though she said she promises someone would. This went on for 3 months. Crunch time came and our new house on our property was almost done and waiting on us to complete the septic, so we had another company do it instead. SURPRISE everything got done in just a couple of weeks. That is the way it was supposed to go. Infinity operatations was extremely unprofessional and were directly responsible for delaying our move in. They never did call us back even though they assured us every time we called it was gonna get done.
