I packed 162 boxes of my most valuable items before they ever arrived and labeled everything in my hand writing. nothing I packed broke. My final box of my grandparents China was opened and repacked with other items that I packed, there was no reason for this company and the lady in charge of the crew to do this. My full set of early 1900 China was gone. She of course denies that she took the China. She became extremely defensive and did not like the fact that she thought I was accusing her of stealing it. But she could not answer my question as to why something I packed was replaced with other items that were packed in another box. The owner of the company does not call the customer. He has the people in the office call and check everything out. An owner should have the ability and the common sense to speak with a customer, but I guess he's afraid to deal with anyone and he just does his own thing and leaves everybody else to answer the questions. His office crew has an answer for everything and they make the customer feel that we are wrong and they are right. When things were being unpacked here at my new home so many things were chipped and broken and damaged and this was in a 12 mile move. They refused to pay for me to repair all the damaged furniture and bronze item and other tables. I am done trying to work with these people to get any kind of satisfaction so I have to pay for all of my repairs out of my own pocket. PLEASE DO NOT use this company. They are terrible. John Rogue takes no responsibility for his company. They just want to argue with you because they are right fighters. If you value your items, please do not use this company. Extremely Stressful and Unprofessional Experience - Not "Stress-Free" at All!!…read more I had an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience with College Hunks Moving, and I feel compelled to share it so others can make an informed decision. I initially spoke with Shantoya over the phone and provided a full inventory for a one-bedroom move from Fort Lauderdale to Tampa. Based on that information, I was quoted $1,200-$1,600, which I agreed to. I signed the contract and paid my deposit. The day after Thanksgiving, after the contract was signed and my deposit was paid, I received a call saying there was an issue with the quote and that an estimator now needed to come to my apartment to do a full inventory. This process should have happened before any contract was signed or money collected. Instead, I was blindsided while spending time with my family on a holiday, suddenly unsure if the price I agreed to was going to drastically change. To make matters worse, I was told the estimator would come just five days before my scheduled move, leaving me almost no time to make alternative arrangements if the cost changed. I live alone, so I requested a female estimator, and Sherry came to my apartment. She was extremely kind, professional, and empathetic. I showed her my original quote and explained the situation. After completing the inventory, she informed me the new estimate was nearly double what I had originally agreed to. At that point, I was overwhelmed and almost in tears. This was five days before my move, and I was suddenly facing a massive unexpected increase due entirely to mistakes made by College Hunks. Sherry was visibly embarrassed and repeatedly apologized, stating that the situation had been handled very poorly on their end. She even provided me with corporate and local supervisor phone numbers because she felt my estimate and overall experience had been mishandled so badly. I ultimately canceled immediately within the 5-day cancellation window, went with another company, and therefore am entitled to a full refund of my deposit. It has now been over a month, seven calls to corporate, and I have still not received my deposit back. I have been given the runaround repeatedly with no resolution. We also contacted the local supervisor's office, and no one ever called us back to address the issue. The only person who showed genuine care and professionalism throughout this ordeal was Sherry, the estimator. Everyone else failed to take responsibility, correct their mistakes, or offer any form of apology or accountability. College Hunks markets itself as "stress-free," but this experience was the exact opposite. Thankfully, I did not end up using their services, but I was still left to absorb all the stress, uncertainty, and financial inconvenience caused by their errors. Poor communication, poor customer service, and a complete lack of follow-through. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We needed to work on our garage and couldn't find a way to work through the utter mess that was in there. Rachel came in with structure, incredible organizational skills and a kind approach that helped us accomplish a miracle in our garage. We went from being unable to access anything inside to having ample room and a place for everything. She was able to look at the space and see the vision of how it had to look. By the time she left us, we had the necessary tools to make sure we can also maintain the space from here on out. If you are considering this, it is well beyond worth the investment.
