For someone who likes organization, this place is brilliant. Brilliant with a capital "B". Since my first visit to the Container Store, I've bought items to re-organize my bathroom and desk drawers and stackable bins to re-organize water bottles in my bottom kitchen cabinet that was driving me legally insane. I applaud the stellar customer service from the sales associates on the floor who are kind, courteous, and helpful. There are more items I need to purchase for more organization and reduction of clutter calamity but I can't be spending whole paychecks on organizers, especially as the Container Store is next to Total Wine. Positives: Clean store Organized Nicely Friendly and Multiple staff members Negatives: Pricey Lots of items that are totally unnecessary Outcome: While the store was clean and the closet solutions were nice the store reminded me of a cross between the style of Target and the functionality of IKEA. Pricing is similar to Bed, Bath, and Beyond by which I mean, overpriced. I found lots of items to look at but not what I actually needed. read more

There is a Military Discount Display posted right by the register. I purchased only two items. Had a gift card for part of it. Had to pay the remainder on a credit card. I asked during the transaction how much is the Military Discount and can I show you my id to get the discount? The cashier said you can't apply it since I started. But the cashier gave me back the gift card in case I needed to return any item as the return amount would be put back on the gift card for the future. So why not cancel the sale before it is final or make it final and return the amount to the gift card and re-do the sale like it was in the future then? Either way the cashier wouldn't help to apply the Military Discount before I paid and completed the sale. Home Depot helps you during, at the beginning or just before the end. In fact Home Depot will return the items and refund the difference at a later date with your receipt. I only was purchasing two items. read more

It's been a horrible experience trying to get a refund for a transaction that was canceled, been over a week waiting for my refund and the Management cannot even help. Having to send emails to their Financial Partners for further investigation. I've been a great customer for the container store over the years. Very disappointing with their response. Wow this store is an OCDs dream; you could organize everything you could ever imagine. The store is highly organized, a little overwhelming but quite cool. I got exactly what I was looking for immediately as staff was quick to help and readily available. Checking out was a breeze and they even offer credit cards which shocked me- this place must be super popular which I didn't realize it was such a big deal. read more

I purchased a melamine desktop at the Palm Beach Garden Store. 1)It was out of stock in the store. 2)Took 45 minutes to get it ordered in the store. 3)Took three and a half weeks to get to my home. 4)Did not come with screws and they would not send me screws. So I have to go buy screws. 5)Desk not have holes pre-drilled to install legs. YOU HAVE TO DRILL THE HOLES YOURSELF AND GO BUY SCREWS!!! 6) offered me $15 coupon to come back and I never got that.
