Our suite was spacious, clean, and bright. Because it's corner room, so we got to enjoy 3 large/tall windows with its own balcony. The ceiling is high with a lot of natural lighting. Our room faced the street but it wasn't loud at all. The hotel is located very centrally, just a few blocks from La Rambla and Plaza Catalunya. There's a nice shopping center just a few blocks away. The front staff is very nice and helpful. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good stay in Barcelona. I also recommend to get a suite since it's a lot more spacious and bright.

Beautiful, well-appointed building, lobby sitting areas, restaurant, etc. Staff were friendly and very accommodating with bag storage, delivering bags to our room before we returned, restaurant recommendations and more. The rooftop is big with pool, bar and a number of seating areas for a 360 view of the city. Relaxing place to sit with a drink. Spa in basement is nice with all amenities. You have to reserve use and it's capped at 30 mins. Rooms are decent size allowing for suitcases and still moving around room. Bathroom is clean and has everything needed including heated towel rack and bidet. Although robes weren't included we found some at spa we used for the remainder of our trip. Lobby is very spacious and comfy, and there is live music in Thur-Sun. Great place to relax with a drink after exploring all day. Breakfast was extensive and a nice start to each day. Included made to order as well as plenty of ready made options for all palettes. The Not as Good We reserved both a superior and classic room but couldn't tell the difference for an additional 130 euros. The front desk said the superior had "more light." Potentially but not sure that was described as difference for what we paid. The rooms lack power outlets. Nothing by bedside. USB by desk but no USB-C or Int'l plugs. We had phones plugged in behind chairs, tea kettle sitting on floor, laptop in bathroom... The subway is underneath the hotel and even though we're on the 4th floor it was loud with lots of vibration. We had Do Not Disturb on for our entire trip but staff entered regardless and made up room. Not a big deal but surprised us and meant we had to put our belongings away every time we left not knowing who would enter when. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would come back but many hotels we passed by looked like good options as well.

We stayed in the apartments next to Casa Fuster but you have access to all the hotel's amenities and we also enjoyed a meal at Aleia (Michelin restaurant) - separate review. It's nice having an apartment where you have access to a kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer - especially when you can't afford or handle eating out all the time, especially with a one year old child. The only reason I deduced one star is that our dryer never worked (it's a washer/dryer combo) and also the dishwasher was broken (gave an error message each time). We called the hotel and they did send someone to investigate the dishwasher (we were already warned in advance the dryer may not work and luckily the bathroom comes with a heating rack and we were able to dry our clothes that way). However, he did not know what the dishwasher error message meant, and he said he would go and look up what to do about it- and then we never heard from him the entire week we were there. Besides him, the rest of the staff was fantastic - the doorman actually gave us recommendations for places to eat at - and he was spot on. the place is located near grocery stores and pharmacies so if you forgot something to pack in your luggage you don't need to worry here. The hotel is also walking distance to lots of bakeries, eateries, and even a local charcuterie place (that's better than Boqueria market imo)

Overall, it's a good experience if touring Barcelona and definitely a bucket list item to sip on an aperol spritz and eat Spanish dishes while taking in a view of the most famous cathedral in Barcelona.

I wondered why the price is lower than the other similar hotels. But this turned out to be a sweet deal! The hotel staff spoke enough English and they could not be any more courteous and pleasant! Everyone I interacted with at the front desk during my stay were just wonderful! The decor through out was modern and pleasing! The room I stayed in was on the 4th floor and it was well kept. It was a bit small, but for one person, it was perfect! WiFi worked well and the room had all the basic amenities. Breakfast is not included, it is additional $14 for a buffet. They have fresh fruit, chia pudding, croissants, pastries, hazelnuts and walnuts, boiled eggs, omelette, fresh fruit smoothie, juices and coffee. One night during my stay, I ordered room service for which they charged about 2 euros additional on the total price. The food was delicious! All guests get free water bottles on the first day of the stay. Make sure that you get them when you check-in. I have used their laundry service and it was quick and efficient. I handed them the clothes,that need to be washed , in the morning and they handed them back in the evening. Coming to the view of the Sagrada Familia from the terrace, it was wonderful! So was the terrace! The hotel is actually one block away from it, but the view was still beautiful! The metro is right around the corner from the hotel, there are plenty of food places nearby, quite a few convenience stores, an electronics store, a camera store and more. There is also a Burger King and McDonald's. Hotel is about 10 mins away from the beach. My only complaint with the room was that it didn't have a window looking outside. The window was facing inside the building. So, when it got a bit warm inside the room, I was not able to open the window to cool it down a bit. There was a thermostat in the room, but I wanted fresh air.

The location is truly unbeatable - just a block away from Plaça de Catalunya, a couple of blocks from a major metro stop and several main bus lines, a few blocks from great shopping and with good casual food scattered throughout. I booked a signature room through my travel agent, and was delighted that they allowed me to check in a couple of hours early AND upgraded me to a signature balcony room. The hotel is very cute snd colorful, with modern design. The room was clean and pretty spacious, and the balcony was such a nice touch! I liked opening the windows every afternoon and sitting on the chaise and reading. There are refillable water stations on each floor by the elevator, which was a small but big perk to me. Awesome water pressure and temperature, kind, attentive service by staff, and incredible rooftop bar made this a fun place to kick off my stay in Spain. Small gripes: As a short person was the bathroom tub was a bit tall for me to climb into and out of. There was not a true fridge/freezer in the room; the staff was kind enough to store something in their freezer for me but it felt too out of my way to ask them to do it too often for me. The lobby bar drinks were fine but nothing to write home about. Overall though this is such a great hotel and I'd absolutely stay here again. It feels luxe but had very reasonable rates, even right after Easter which is peak tourism. The rooftop bar is very much worth a visit, beautiful views of the city and a fun, lively vibe.
