Where do I even begin? AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I had both my children enrolled in Serena Serenity Daycare since 2016. My eldest was just 2 months old at the time. From the moment I met the owner, at the initial tour I knew this was the place for my little one. She stayed with me the entire time during the tour and explained in FULL detail everything that would be offered to my baby. As you can imagine, my nerves were all over the place as this was my first baby and I had to part with him so quickly. But after meeting the owner, and seeing her beautiful, CLEAN, and SAFE (cameras EVERYWHERE and a buzz in / intercom system) facility I knew that this was the perfect place for my baby. We started a week after initially meeting and I will be the first to admit that I was a bit nervous. The owner and her AMAZINGLY loving and PROFESSIONAL staff calmed me in every way possible. How can I adequately describe the emotion I felt picking up my baby who was always smiling, happy, and clean? This daycare really went above and beyond at all times, accommodating my last minute schedule changes and short notice pick ups. Some fun stuff to know, THEY CELEBRATE EVERYTHING!!! Everything is a holiday and its so incredible how they incorporate ALL age groups in their crafts. I still remember my sons first craft ever was a Mothers Day project which I will cherish forever. They offer end of the year trips, summer camp, you name it they offer it. Moving on, as my son grew older in this daycare, I enrolled my second baby knowing there was NO OTHER PLACE I would choose. As my son started school, I enrolled him in their morning drop off and after school pick up service. This made my mornings SO convenient. Being able to drop both children off at a safe haven, knowing that my child will be provided breakfast and then safely transported to school and picked up after, while my little one is happy and safe for the day made EVERY MORNING THAT MUCH EASIER! BTW they would always text and update me with pictures, and always let me know that my son was dropped off safely and as soon he arrived at the daycare, they would send me a picture an a quick message which always helped my comfort level. For anyone that is looking for a safe, loving, second home away from home type of facility, I strongly suggest looking into this Daycare. Serena Serenity Daycare has been a godsend to our family. When schools reopened for in-person learning last year, it was difficult to manage mid-day school pick-ups and having a toddler at home while working remotely. Serena Serenity Daycare has after school pick up from my daughter's Pre-K Center and they are open until 6:30pm in the evenings. The convenience of the daycare is not the only reason why we love it. The owner and staff are amazing and they go above and beyond to ensure the kids enjoy their time there. They have lots of activities and celebrations for the kids to participate in, and during the summer they take trips and do outdoor activities. My daughter has been going there for almost a year, and she loves it. We love that even during a pandemic, we we were able to find somewhere where our daughter is safe, where she can be active and social, and where the staff are caring. When deciding on childcare options for our daughter my husband and I were skeptical about daycare in general. From the minute we stepped foot into Serena's Serenity I knew we found the right place. Not only does this daycare provide a clean, bright and happy learning environment, the staff is truly amazing! They really care for your child as if they were one of their own. Our daughter is almost 11 months old and has been with Serena's since she was 4 months. She gets so excited at morning drop off and is all smiles when we pick her up (sometimes she doesn't even want to go home with us lol). All a parent ever wants is for their child to be loved and happy and our daughter is all of that and more at daycare. If you're looking for childcare I couldn't recommend Serena's Serenity any more, it is absolutely the best!! read more

This is a HIDDEN GEM!! Great attentive staff, sweet compassionate OWNER, great care provided. My children have been here through the pandemic and they have been ON TOP of everything! Provided last minute arrangements for me and my husband since we were essential workers!! They provided 8 weeks of FREE CARE to all ESSENTIAL WORKERS. This was a great blessing because at the time I didnt know where to put my children since both my husband and I needed to report to work. They took our kids in and provided exceptional care and always kept us up to date. The daycare is always immaculate and beaming with happy children. My son has been coming here since he was 4 months ago and it's been great. Im active duty military and my husband is a firefighter so we both work long hours and knowing that our baby is being taken care of by the very friendly and caring staff here has been a blessing. We are updated daily on his feedings, naps, playtime and schedule. There are always activities and themes planned throughout the month so my baby gets to play dress up (dress like a pirate day, summer vacation day). I get pictures of him daily and it always brings a smile to my face. Communication is great and I am always kept informed of everything that goes on with my son or if he needs anything. I can't say enough good things about Serena Serenity Daycare! My older daughter has been at the daycare for almost 2 years, and my younger daughter has been there for almost a year. Both adjusted quickly due to the amazing staff. They are so warm and welcoming and genuinely care for the kids. They foster a loving, nurturing, family environment. I can see how comfortable my daughters are when they are at daycare. My daughters' social skills have also expanded since they started daycare, which is an added benefit given the times that we are living in now. From the second I walked into Serena's Serenity, I knew I'd lucked out: here was a clean, safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where my daughter would be cared for like family. Audra's meticulous attention to detail complements her staff's energy and enthusiasm to create a space where all children can learn, play, and grow. My Daughter started Serenity Daycare last years, she is always excited when Monday comes because she want to go to daycare. Me as a parent Im really great ful to have found this daycare that I definitely know my daughter is being cared for as their own child... Serena Serenity Daycare is Awesome. The owner Audra is sweet, helpful and extremely kind to the children. She makes each child feel like family. Her aides are friendly and take good care of the kids. There is also a great CCTV camera setup so you know your child is safe. My granddaughter is 11 months old and she loves coming here.
