I told her what I wanted, and she nodded and began to shuffle some stuff around beside me. I could not see anything from where I was seated. she didn't even mark the places she was injecting. Altogether I was there for exactly 29 minutes the first time. I was told it could take 5 or 6 weeks to see a difference. So I booked a double appointment for the following week and was in and out in exactly 23 minutes. All in all I spent $2000 for two 52-minute appointments. I wanted professionalism and was completely taken advantage of. This is the breakdown of everything she SAID she did in those 52 minutes. Dysport- Forehead (Upper Face) Volbella- Lower Face Restylane L- Lower Face RHA4- Lower Face She did not explain ANYTHING. I was very clear on what I wanted, but she completely ignored everything I said. You draw your own conclusions. I basically gave her $2000 dollars for absolutely nothing. Upon arrival to the appointment she was took back to receive the service she booked. Never once before or during the appointment was it mentioned that my wife wouldn't not receive the $50 touch up, that she needed a full powder brow appointment. It wasn't until the appointment was over, she was met with a bill of $328. This was obviously a shock to her as she expected to pay $50. When asked, why the price had changed so much, she was only then told that she didn't receive the touch up but a full powder brow appointment. She paid. After she came out, I went in for a further explanation on how a professional doesn't communicate to a client that the price would not be what she expecting. I was only told that it'd been too long for a touch up and she needed the full service. Again, why was this not communicated before the appointment. We reached out to the owner Chantel to let her know of the situation. Even stating we were not looking for a refund. Just that we wanted the situation to brought to light so it wouldn't happen again. Once Chantel wrote back, it was clear she was only going to defend her employee, which is understandable. But she did state if Kaitlyn (the professional) had thought it needed to commentated it would have been. Never should a professional assume that a client should know everything. Especially when the client books an appointment for $50 and the actual cost was going to be $328. Never once did Chantel apologize for the situation or even remotely try to make the situation ok. 10/10 do not recommend this business at all.

The appointment was set for a month away since I'm a new patient. This is just a routine check up , I didn't have a problem waiting so long. My husband is a regular and he called for his annual check up and he was booked within 2 weeks! He is always pleased to see the nurse practitioner, she is very efficient and capable to do what a doctor would do. My experience once I walked in...was pleasant and very friendly staff.
