We moved to Serendipity Mobile Home Park in November. The initial selling point for us was that it is a dog friendly place. We have a Golden Retriever and a Basset Hound. Very few mobile home parks allow 2 dogs, and any dogs over 25 pounds. We moved here not knowing anyone here. That changed quickly. It is a very friendly group. We feel very much a part of a great community. There is a nice pool, great work out room, dog park, pickle ball courts, driving range and pavilion. During the season there are many fun activities. Chair volleyball is a must!!! Not for old people...competitive and fun!!!! There are crafts, Corn Hole, shuffleboard and many other activities. The park is well maintained. Been here for 13 years almost and it's been a fun park . Cheaper than most parks around and great clubhouse. Hot tub and pool.

I've been a snowbird here for 19 years. We truly enjoy this park. Even when the owners change and management changes, we've never had any negative issues. We abide by the rules and keep our home up and love the fact that the managers make the owners keep up with their homes. So many parks around look trashy but ours looks lovely. Amenities are great and social club provides great fun activities if you choose to participate. I will keep my place forever read more

Do not rent here or buy from here unless you talk to me first. The residents are awesome, but the HOA association not so much good luck they'll try to drive you out of here. Every chance they freaking can get. My husband and I have been here for a whole four months and I've already gotten five notices taped to our door. We keep to ourselves we don't bother anybody we don't even participate in the reindeer games anymore because it's very uncomfortable here. If I could give this place a 0 star i would!. My father who is of Hispanic origin and retired tile installer has been in battle with management since the day he moved in!. The level of discrimination and racism from the management and owners of this community is unprecedented and disgusting. People who move in here look forward to relaxation and peace but since day 1 they have made my fathers time there a living hell. Refusing to take his monthly payments because they feel he must finish their "checklist" and when he does complete them they find more ways to keep his CONSTANTLY working on the house and outside. If this is a retirement community why have you not given my father the proper rest he deserves? It seems like they would rather have him evicted rather than his hard earned money....my heart hurts daily seeing my father jump through hoops for these people who threaten to evict him every week. There is no peace for him his blood pressure wont go down from the constant feeling of being evicted!! How sad that in this day and age they still show their discrimination and hate towards my widowed father who still just want to rest and enjoy his home with his dog like all of us Americans but this property could care less so please consider somewhere else or be cautioned if you decide to move here.....p.s. there is a open case for discrimination against the property and managers and we will get to the bottom of this! I moved in 1 year ago in August. My lease is coming up and in a recent attempt to purchase (I really like my neighbors), my rent is cheaper, even with the $70.00 (YEP) rent increase effective 8/1/2019. I am looking for a place elsewhere! Do not rent here...EVER! They are not accommodating to the community. It's all about the mighty dollar.... read more
