I understand salons have issues with people canceling or giving them the run around, but it seems like a really bad business practice to treat people that way before they even have a chance of becoming repeat customers.

I specifically asked for someone who could French braid it because I can't redo it for a few days. Karen did a good job of shampooing save that she sprayed water all down my back. She apologized fir being out of practice when I asked her to French braid my hair. She did not know how to brush long hair: she brushed top down and yanked a lot out by tangling it more. I was tired and didn't want to stay any longer. Karen did not French braid my hair, she just braided it in the back. Furthermore, she parted my hair crooked in a wavy line from front to back. When my friend looked at it, she showed me how crooked it was. It's embarrassing. The only saving grace was that she only charged $10 for it and was cheerful. Don't go here if you have long hair!!!
