Frankly, it's had its ups and downs through the years but has always been at minimum acceptable for a fill or a basic pedicure. Not any more. Since the latest shift in staff / ownership / management - not sure how it all works here - anyway, wow. The woman "running" the place has such a foul attitude that it made me a little uncomfortable to have her doing my nails. I halfway thought she might purposely jab me with a file. She seemed downright angry and profoundly rude. The fill was poorly done as well, but since I didn't know of another place nearby to do the job, I gave it another try. Even more unpleasant than before. Fast forward about 8 months. I can't get in with my regular person so I think - what the heck. Maybe they've had another personnel change, or that woman has become enlightened. I arrived 8 minutes late. The place is dreary and dim. No one in sight. Then ... she appears. "Too late," she tells me. I fled. Bad nails will be better than another 30 minutes of bad vibes. Never again.

I was led to a back room that looked more like a storage area than anything else. The room was dark and crowded with boxes and I was asked to take off my clothes and stand on what appeared to be a dirty/ stained carpet sample. I recieved my spray tan and waited there for it to dry enough to put my clothes back on, pay and leave. This was the second time that I have been to this place and I won't go back nor will I recommend it. The tan was ok but could have been better applied.

My nails have bubbles in the polish. My skin was painted to my nail. The tips weren't covered all the way and look cracked after an hour. We both got pedicures as well and Ronda did my mother in law's. It was the most unrelaxing pedicure ever. She pulled at my mother in law's leg and seemed irritated the entire time. My pedicure was done by another woman and it was quite nice. Overall our experience was not a good one. The building had little parking and looked a little run down. The inside looked 'artsy' with an unfinished floor and poorly textured walls. I will not return here ever.

I trust her and appreciate her demeanor. Her prices are excellent. She has always been flexible and accommodating when scheduling. I love pedicures but typically don't schedule them because my feet generally dry out soon afterwards, however, I wanted to try one at the salon as Steph's style is a little different Whatever she uses in the water doesn't dry my feet.
