I've tried to look at my billing statements on the portal and they say there is a current amount due but when I try to see a statement, it says "you do not have any statements to view right now." I'm currently on hold waiting to talk to customer service but after 25+ minutes nothing. I guess I'll keep ordering supplies and not pay. Surely someone will eventually call. I Lincare is a Medicare scam. (My opinion)

When we first met with this Visiting Angels we were assured that they would match caregivers to my…read morePartner's needs and personality. We also understood that at times we would have fill ins but would have one primary care giver. If you talk with them do not believe them. In 14 days we have had 9 Caregivers. The reality is that Visiting Angels post available clients on an internal board and the Caregivers select when they will work. There is no coordination from the office on matching clients to Caregivers. Further communication between the client and the office seems to disappear after you sign the contract. Three members of our family have attempted to contact the office by phone and email and received a response only once (see below). The one time they reached out to us was when they texted that the Caregiver for the morning could not make it...and that they had no replacement. The is one redeeming grace is that the Caregivers themselves, with a couple of exceptions, have been decent though arrive with no idea of what their duties are; something else that was promised when we met with them that the Caregivers would have an outline of duties. Do not believe them. As noted above there was one time they did answer the phone; when we expressed concerns about a Caregiver. Showing the complete disconnect in this company the very next shift had the same Caregiver come back to our house. Options are limited for home assistance. If you are looking for home assistance be thorough in your recent research: and be very skeptical of whoever the Social Worker at your hospital/rehab recommends.

I have been using Fox transport for many years, they are a small family business. I have tried other transportation companies in the past to take me to my appointments and Fox Transport is the absolute best option in my opinion. The drivers are some of the sweetest and kindest people I've ever met. They are always on time and are super flexible. They make scheduling rides very easy, their vans are clean and accommodating for those who who are wheelchair passengers. All in all, I would highly recommend Fox Transport! I would give them 10 stars if I could.!

My mom recently moved to Our House after realizing she needed additional care. We are very…read moreimpressed with the facility and the staff. Jess, the director, was helpful and kind through the process. The private rooms are decent sized and they allowed us to hang pictures and make the space her own. The facility is clean and well appointed. My mom especially likes the outside back patio overlooking a large grassy area with trees. The residents are warm and welcoming. It's a small facility with only 14 residents so residents feel a part of a small community rather than an institution. It's such a relief my mom is happy and we'll cared for!
