However, if they late cancel your appointment they aren't accommodating for a re-schedule. Unless you can re-arrange your life expect to be several months out--as in at the time of your next cleaning. As a professional myself if I have to late cancel someone due to unforeseen circumstances I make sure to go above and beyond to accommodate a re-schedule that is convenient for the person because I value the time they set aside. I guess I should always remember that not everyone has that same level of professionalism.

Dr Andersen and crew have always been friendly and professional. They provide wonderful care. At 68 years old, I've been to a number of dentists over the years. Dr Andersen and staff are the best! I'd like to add that yesterday an old crown that had been placed by a prior dentist fractured and chipped off. I called Artisan Dental last evening to see if I could get in today. I got a return call at 7:15 this morning, was in their chair at 9 AM, and was done with a new crown at 11:15 AM. Thank you so much Rochelle, Dr Rehermann, and Cassie for such speedy, kind, and professional service. I have no idea how people could have had negative experiences. After going at least twice a year for 8 years, I've always been treated exceptionally well. It's true the office is like a very hip spa, and the equipment is state of the art, but the most important part is the people that work there. They're incredible.

Worst dental experience of my life!…read more Dr. Monica Scigala completely botched my treatment here. Because of her incompetence, I had to go through a full retreatment with another dentist -- 6 long visits, each involving high doses of anesthesia -- just to fix the mess she left behind. I even had to take 6 days off work and pay $3,750 out of pocket. To make it worse, the clinic has now removed her name from their website, pretending like she never existed. Zero accountability, zero apology, zero concern for the patient. I've attached before and after photos and proof of the amount I paid for retreatment. The difference speaks for itself. If you care about your health, time, and money, do not trust this clinic. They'll cost you more than you can imagine.

I'm a disabled veteran who does not qualify for dental care through the VA, so when I found myself needing dental care, I started looking for a way to do it with my limited income. I signed up for care through https://dentallifeline.org/, which offers Donated Dental Services for needy individuals. Donated Dental has a long waiting list, and you only receive services once. It took me several years to get to the top of the list, and Dr. Ryan volunteered his services for me. I ended up having to have two extractions, and a deep cleaning/root planing. Dr. Ryan gave me such a thorough, detailed examination, and then went over the best options for my care. I felt so at peace and at ease with him and his staff, and they were all willing to give me the time I needed to get all the information I needed. Tanya, and Dr. Ryan's office staff, gave me valuable information on how to find an affordable dental plan that I could sign up for, so that I can continue receiving care through Moore Dentistry. After my experiences in their chairs, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! I extend my fullest heartfelt thanks to Dr. Ryan, Tanya, and the office staff at Moore Dentistry!

Here is the post "My daughter and I went to Tom Jackson to get some implants, etc. done on her teeth. During our first visit, Tom examined my daughter's mouth and afterwards told us he thought the whole procedure would come in just under $20k. We thought great, seems reasonable and went ahead with the process. My daughter, who lives out of town, flew in for the second visit to start the process. The following day we receive the treatment plan from his assistant. The estimated cost was a little over $34k (70% above estimate). We were flabbergasted. We called Tom and asked him how he could have been off that much on his original quote and he said "I don't do billing". Needless to say we stopped the process and looked elsewhere. We found a very professional outfit, very highly rated and who my daughter was very comfortable with and whose treatment plan estimated the total cost at under $19k for the same procedures (less than Tom's original quote). What a terrible experience. My daughter has gone through the first part of the procedure and everything looks great. One other note - after we called and complained, Tom said he would refund our fees for the second visit (not the first) but we had to sign a nondisclosure agreement (gag order) not to discuss this on social media. I've been going to TDC for a year and a half so far, and they are fantastic! This review is a bit…read moreoverdue. The office is very nicely set up. The waiting area is clean and professional. Each room is set up like a pretty standard dental office, very clean. On my first visit, they told me they like to do a full set of x-rays just to get an idea of what my teeth are like overall, but my insurance didn't cover for a full set. So they told me they will still do the full x-ray set, but just write it as whatever my insurance will cover, and they will cover the remaining cost. How great is that?!? The staff is wonderful and courteous, also very punctual. I'm never waiting in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. The cleanings are done nice and quickly, I'm in and out in less than an hour. Dr. Vaandehaar is great! He always makes suggestions for me to consider, but is never pushy about getting anything done that isn't absolutely necessary. For example, when I had a cavity, he obviously strongly recommended that I take care of it asap. But when it came to some preventative things, he told me what was going on, and what some options are and said it's something to think about. The only complaint that I have is, they do send A LOT of appointment reminders via email and text, multiple times leading up to your appointment. Yes, you can totally opt out of it, so I guess this is really on me. Also, TDC is the only place that staff actually came in and sang happy birthday to me during my cleaning. It was so sweet! By far the best dental office I've been to. Highly recommended. (And I'm not just saying that because of the singing)

At the same time as they overcharge their current cliental decietfully they do some other charitable work in the community.
