The workouts are challenging, motivating, and I've…read morereally enjoyed the energy in the studio over the almost three years I've been going on and off. However, I'm really disappointed in the customer service and membership handling. I'm currently on my second pregnancy, and for health reasons I was not able to work out for a period of time. I kept my membership going for about three months even though I wasn't attending, and eventually decided I needed to cancel. Because you can't cancel in person, I submitted my cancellation online within their stated cancellation window. By the time they responded, it was already one day past that window. They told me they would refund the next month's charge since I'd been charged anyway. That refund never happened. I had to call three or four times, go back and forth, and still never received the refund I was promised. I've also tried calling on two separate occasions recently and no one answered the phone. In the end, I'm out about $170 for a month I was told would be refunded, on top of the previous months I kept the membership active while unable to use it. I had even told them I planned on coming back once I was cleared to work out again, but this experience has really changed how I feel about the company. The workouts and coaches are truly great, but the way my cancellation and refund were handled has been very frustrating and discouraging, especially as a long-time member and pregnant mom trying to do the right thing.
