After I've spent nearly an hour doing stretches and then a cycle on the thirty minute circuit, I am not ready for civilization. Shower. The water pressure here was dismal. It wasn't that others were showering. I was the only one on the men's side and the water pressure was almost too low to wash my hair. My monthly payment was scheduled to be paid on the 17th of every month. They would wait until a…read moreweek later to take it out, then charge me a 10 dollar late fee on top of it. The manager argued with me that it was nothing wrong on their end, so I canceled my membership. They were unwilling to reverse the late fees. I was a member there for over 10 years. They have signs all over the walls with rules. Rules everywhere. Never once in 10 years did I ever see any employee enforce any of the rules. Their whole focus is on having a judgment free zone, big signs with rules on dress code, dropping, slamming weights. That's the reason I joined was to get away from those things. Never saw any of those rules enforced ever.

Jacob Stein, Branch Director, approached me & said you wanted to talk to me? I tired to explain the issue when he asked me: How do you know it was dirt Did you put it there Maybe Kari has been out of the office The lifeguards aren't telling the truth I asked him if he was trying to pick a fight with me, he said I was being aggressive as I tried to explain what the issue was. There was no resolution as I could see he was not going to help.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, they made navigating the Y and using the facility seamless. The indoor track is well kept and a great place to run or walk. The weight room has a large amount of equipment and well laid out to accommodate any workout routine. I really enjoyed using this facility, and will use it again if I am in the area.
