She is open to taking the time to answer your questions and discuss therapy options. Her depth of care for her patients shows. She has an excellent network of other doctors and physical therapists that she works with and is well know and well regarded in the Inland Northwest. Her staff is attentive and kind. I told them they could credit the additional $25 I didn't need change. They then proceeded to tell me they couldn't see me because of my form of payment. We do not accept cash as a payment ! What kind of an American business does not accept cash for payment. It's legal tender for all debts public and private. This is ridiculous and a ridiculous business practice!

Everyone at MWOS was great from the moment we checked in. The receptionist was very friendly and discreet when it was needed. My nurse, Cathy, was awesome She took great care of me, again explaining everything she was doing and why. I needed some special assistance at one point before going in for surgery and she handled it professionally and, again, with discretion. She also took care to include my husband in all conversations as did everyone who talked to me before surgery. The nurse who took care of me in recovery was great! I think her name is Wendy. Made sure I was comfortable and coming out of it well. The nurse who wheeled me out to the car whose name I didn't catch was also very friendly and made sure I was moving correctly when getting into our Jeep. Everyone here was awesome! I highly recommend NWOS and Dr. Moss. I have not had one bad experience there with anyone and am looking forward to having my right hip done there as soon as I can.

I came for a consultation about an injury. I needed a doctors note to validate my time off request…read moreat work. The Doctor said she usually only gives those for school. I explained I needed it for my sick time request and she said to wait in the lobby. I proceeded to wait thirty minutes and had to request the two line note three times before they handed it to me. The nurse who took my vitals threw my arms around like i was a toy or something. They also ordered an xray when we already has an MRI. They also didn't offer to validate our parking but did for all other patients we witnessed checking in. I'm really confused and bewildered by the way I was treated. I also need to get a second opinion because she treated my obvious issues in the scans as non problematic. If you have a choice go somewhere else. people are just paychecks to this clinic.

I was in to do an express walk-in and there was no one at the walk-in desk to check people in. No sign to go to the next window either, so I was slightly confused for a second. The woman who helped check me in was kind and patient. Didn't pry like some may. My wait was a long time. Do not let the "express" fool you. This is similar to waiting at an urgent care or ER. I waited for almost two hours just to get back to a room, did x-rays, and then waited longer for a doctor to come in. It was a lot of waiting. Everyone was pleasant, no complaints there. The doctor I saw basically referred me to one of their hip doctors and I still have not heard back from them. And this was two weeks ago. I've even called and left a message.

Dr Pearce gave a two minute exam and diagnosis, referred to PT and chiropractic. Many visits to those, still no help. Went back to Dr Pearce who ordered a $900 MRI that was not covered by insurance because there was no supporting diagnosis, just a fishing expedition. When I called Dr Pearce's office to review the findings, all normal according to the office receptionist, he would not talk to me. Instead I was told I had to make ANOTHER appointment, because he does not get reimbursed for talking on the phone. Well, neither do I, but it is part of quality patient care.

By the time I was able to get an evaluation, I was in extreme pain, my mobility was compromised to the point where I found it difficult to complete daily tasks, and I was unable to enjoy any form of passive or active exercise. After completing a very thorough evaluation under ultrasound and reviewing my medical records, Dr. Lenoue was confident that he could resolve my medical issues with three rounds of protein rich plasma (PRP) treatments. Together, we developed an aggressive but highly effective PRP treatment protocol that began providing relief within one month of the first procedure. As we concluded my third treatment, I was already feeling diminished pain across all targeted areas, my mobility was significantly improved, I was sleeping better, and I was highly optimistic about regaining my active lifestyle. Six months after my final PRP treatment, I am beyond grateful to Dr. Lenoue. All of the pain and inflammation I was experiencing 24 hours a day has been either remediated or reduced to the point where it's only a minor inconvenience. It is such an incredible privilege to be a patient of Dr Rietze's at Lilac DPC. She is so…read moreresponsive and helpful whenever I need anything - and she treats her patients with such unique integrity. My regular PCP moved to the ER and I was assigned a new PCP through Multicare. However, when I needed to be seen for a physical, I was told that I would have to wait 6 weeks for the first appointment just to meet my newly assigned PCP to establish care... and of course, a copay was expected for that visit. Dr Rietze accepts text messages and phone calls and responds within a day, offering a visit within the next few days, if necessary, but never more than a couple weeks out if non-urgent. She takes her time with me and truly cares about my health... and I'm saving so much money, even on top of insurance premiums! I highly recommend Lilac DPC - this alternative has restored my faith in healthcare.
