I feel that going to Spokane sports and physical therapy has save me from having my back fused from L2 to S1. With physical therapy I don't have to use prescription drugs to deal with the pain. Spokane sports and physical therapy has shown me how in so many different ways how to control the pain how to move how to bend how to stand. I wish there was a 10 scale rating this place is a 10 no it's 100 I would recommend this place to anybody before I would recommend anybody to take drugs to deal with the pain that you will go through if you have back hip leg knee any kind of problems physical therapist rocks.

I was in to do an express walk-in and there was no one at the walk-in desk to check people in. No sign to go to the next window either, so I was slightly confused for a second. The woman who helped check me in was kind and patient. Didn't pry like some may. My wait was a long time. Do not let the "express" fool you. This is similar to waiting at an urgent care or ER. I waited for almost two hours just to get back to a room, did x-rays, and then waited longer for a doctor to come in. It was a lot of waiting. Everyone was pleasant, no complaints there. The doctor I saw basically referred me to one of their hip doctors and I still have not heard back from them. And this was two weeks ago. I've even called and left a message.

Nicole, (the Hot Pack lady), was very careful to make sure the E-Stim was set just right and Dave was awesome helping me progress to a condition that was even better than before the injury. Honestly, I never really believed in PT most of my life & I am 69. I do now! Recently, I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis . My ortho doctor suggested PT as part of my treatment & I knew right where to go!! I am still in PT but my pain has gone from 80% to nearly nothing! I highly recommend Theraputics Associates!! Zach (managing therapist) is excellent and uses the practice to also help students from local universities get clinical time in. In my case Lindsey from U of W has spent a lot of time with me and is excellent. Zach would do well to hire her. Others in the office from the front desk to assistants have all been good to work with and are friendly. On the equipment side, they have everything needed to treat patients. Stationary bike, treadmill, arm bike, exercise balls, bands, etc. You get the idea. Overall an excellent experience.

Jim is a funny guy, with a great bedside manner. He is tough enough to push me, yet empathetic enough to care about how I felt as a whole person, not just my shoulder. I just finished with my shoulder last week, and three days later injured my low back, so I will go to Jim again as soon as my insurance is pre approved. I highly recommend them for p.t., and the office staff is wonderful too. Kami is always smiling and quick to help or answer questions. I am very pleased with them!!!

Then I get a message that they needed " more info". ( I've been a patient for over 15 years. ) After waiting quite a while, lots of sighs and muttering by the rep, admitting he couldn't figure out why I was called, he asked for insurance info, I told him I didn't have it with me, but I'm not a new pt. I gave u p and said I would go back to urgent care since I was having chest pain. This is not by any stretch of the imagination quality care.
