I was just being rubbed on, for someone that works out as I do that's just a waste of my time. I left with the same stiffness and knots....not feeling rejuvenated at all. Which is disappointing seeing others had better experiences. My assessment was that she was new and not the best match for me or the massage. My therapist was not as skilled as I would have hoped for the price Now asks for. My recommendation is that Now should do a better job of paring therapist to the client and type of massage, I do not see myself going back after this experience.

Overall, the session felt unprofessional, inattentive, and poorly executed. Instead of feeling relaxed, relieved, or cared for after the appointment, I left feeling physically uncomfortable, mishandled, and emotionally distressed. As a veteran receiving care through this program, I expect providers to demonstrate professionalism, respect for patient preferences, and basic customer service skills. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations. I am submitting this review because I believe serious attention should be given to the quality of providers being assigned. My experience with Susan Davis was one of the worst therapeutic massage experiences I have ever had, and I do not wish to be scheduled with her again
