I love CentreSpring Spa! I come here for the hydrafacial and have been so pleased with the experience and results. Whitney is a great esthetician and always has suggestions for any skin issues I am having. I love the eminence skin care products that they use at the spa, as well. It's an all organic skin care line that actually delivers results. I have also tried acupuncture here and it was definitely helpful with the stress relief that I needed at the time. Alison is patient, thorough, and caring and she makes the acupuncture experience relaxing. The spa also offers massage and other types of body & mind wellness services. The space is small and quiet and the focus is more on the client's experience, not up-selling or rushing. Pricing is on par with what you would pay at other spa's but I believe the value is better because you have a higher caliber of individuals performing the spa services. They seem to be invested in natural wellness and everybody I have encountered here has good energy. I definitely recommend checking them out! read more

I had my first session today with Beth. She is amazing! I decided to do the Pear 3D scan with a HydraFacial. The scan was quick and the images were very informative about what condition my skin was in and what areas needed work. Beth explained each picture and told me how I could improve my skin issues. This was my first time doing the HydraFacial after reading about it being a big hit in Korea. The machine itself was quiet and the different suction heads were painless. The suction sensation was similar to what a dentist uses for teeth cleaning except it was on your face. My chin had some major rough spots, apparently; there was a build up of dead skin cells. Beth noticed it and suctioned it a few times and now it is smooth!!!! She did a great job extracting the blackheads on my nose. In fact, this is by far the best results I've ever gotten with extractions from any facial. Overall, I had a great experience and I am going back. The best facial I have ever had. read more

I've seen Beth three times now for a massage and she is AMAZING! The first time I went in for a regular massage and explained my severe back/neck/shoulder pain. She gave me the best back massage I've ever had and also explained the concept of a cupping massage to me. After agreeing, she used a small number of cups on me and it felt amazing. I had instant relief from my pain that day forward! And this is from someone who had back/neck/shoulder pain every day of her life, to the point where I sometimes couldn't sleep :( I had been getting a massage once a month for over a year before I found Beth, and only felt partial relief the day of the massage. I'm now a huge fan of cupping massages (and Beth!) and can't imagine going back to the pain I used to have. Outside of the cupping massage, Beth also gives a fabulous regular massage with her hands. Heads up if you get a cupping massage: it can be uncomfortable for the first couple minutes and can leave marks on your back, so don't schedule before any type of event! read more

I came for a massage with Beth six months ago and have been a regular customer since. Beth is great and I completely trust her judgement and expertise. I had the Organic facial and it was lovely. My skin has been quite dull with breakouts on my chin. The esthetician was very nice and took very good care of my skin. Although uncomfortable, the extractions are my favorite because they really clear out the gunk. She did a fantastic job and my pores have never been so refreshed! She also gave me the best shoulder/upper back massage I've ever had during a facial treatment. I plan to go back to her for a full body massage in a few weeks. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, was because I hate being pushed to buy products. I didn't feel too pressured to buy them, but I did feel bad declining when they were all laid out in front of me. I generally like to see how the product does on my skin during the day before jumping the gun and making the purchase. This place is a bit pricey, but that is expected at a medical spa. It was exactly what I needed and my skin looks fabulous! read more

I recently had an Advanced hydrafacial at CentreSpring Spa for $125 and was disappointed. I can't tell you who it was with because the aesthetician did not introduce herself when we began. She barely explained to me the hydrafacial, and I had to ask the questions. When I asked about the difference between the "Advanced" and "Basic" hydrafacial, she said the Advanced has the lasers but stopped there. After further research on my own, it turns out I did not even need the lasers because they target skin conditions that I do not have so I'm not sure why she even used them on me, but hey it costs more so there you go. I expected her to explain the beauty products she was applying but she did not. It was cold in the room, and no soothing music, just dead silence. Most of all, I paid for a 60 minute facial and it only lasted 45 mins. I specifically checked the time when it ended because it did not feel like an hour. Even though this spa charges less than most places for a hydrafacial, I would prefer to pay a premium for better service and a better experience. An aesthetician giving you a facial should talk to you about your skin, the observations, walk you through the procedure and products, and suggest a skin regimen, none of which happened. read more
