I felt like he really pays attention when asking about any specific areas needing work and asks enough questions in order to get a full understanding of the clients needs. The "intake" never feels scripted, always genuine. You can tell he really takes pride in making sure you (as his guest) don't feel rushed or held to a clock. When he asked questions you could tell he was really listening to what I had to say. After targeting the specific areas I noted as part of my "pre-screen" he knew enough to chase down other spots he encountered that I didn't even know to mention. Bonus? I'd been doing a lot of weight training without stretching correctly and he took the time to explain and illustrate what stretches would help avoid the tightness that brought me in for my initial massage. Jim made sure that I was 100% comfortable the entire session and never felt cold, rehearsed, or that he was just there to do his job or that I was just another client.
